Room was clean and location is good enough. However the counter male staff who wore a dark uniform that processed my check in was very unfriendly and impatient. There was no smiles and when I asked about the tooth brush he just kept pointing without saying anything. The other staff who interacted with me and my family are all well mannered and welcoming.

I booked two rooms, but the check in mixed up who is the accor plus member's room. My friends had the twin room complained about the impractical bath room where the vanity basin is not located inside the bath room. Other than that the hotel is nice and clean.
