I booked a two-bed room and just because I casually clicked 1 adult , I was charged an extra person of $2000 yen per night. I said why would I book a two-bed room when one only person is staying? I wouldn't want a one bigger bed instead ? Anyway I was being charged an additional $8000 yen in total. Not happy about it.
