The sink in the bathroom was not working well during the whole stay. The service at the restaurant was very bad for diner.

We have chosen the Pullman Santiago Vitacura for our layover between our flight from Europe and a domestic flight. It was definitely the right choice ! Only 25-30 min from the airport by shuttle (arranged for by the hotel), warm welcome and efficient check in by Filipe and his team and a great suite with nice views as an upgrade for which very grateful. We had dinner in the neighbourhood at 15 min walking, there were plenty of options. Great breakfast choices and helpful staff. We recommend without any hesitation and will stay again when in Santiago next time.
