There was no kettle, kahve, tea and tea cup in the room. I asked to get kettle to heat water to make tea but reception said there is no kettle. Then I asked hot water and received little warm water with a little pot. There was no trash can inside the room but only in the bathroom so each time you have to go bathroom to put something into trash can. There was no shoe polishing. Not enough clothes hungers. Not that clean. Breakfast was very poor variety, little vegetable and fruit available. Overall it doesn't deserve to have five star hotel status but only 2 or 3.

Solid business hotel but it can improve

I liked your rooms in general and very much the design of the hotel. The breakfast variety and quality was also very good. I didn't like that in the room there was no water boiler (this is standard in most hotels of Accor that I've been). I also found that the breakfast starts late. I think it should start at 06:30 every day including weekends.

Well located and nice food from restaurant.

The hotel does not offer members a welcome drink. Additionally, there is no coffee or tea in the guest rooms. I suggest a proper equilibrium between prices and services....this is an expensive hotel with fewer services than others (Novotel, Ibis) in the same company.
