We just stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights and had a wonderful visit! From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed by the outstanding front desk/lobby staff. They assisted with our parking to make our check-in seamless. They were also helpful in getting our two rooms close together which we appreciated very much. The bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff were exceptional. A special thank you to Camila and Lucas for taking the time to help us locate a store with local handcrafts, and their assistance to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is located in a perfect location and our rooms had a wonderful view of the ocean. The room/bathrooms were so comfortable and perfectly outfitted! All around a great visit!

Very well located hotel, in the heart of Viña del Mar, adequate price based on level of services provided and location. Being born in the neighboring Quilpué I always saw the "San Martin Hotel" when I traveled to Viña during my chilhood days and it brought me some nostalgia now 30 years later to stay here for business reasons. The experience with every person I spoke to, from the check-in, to the check-out, including the bellhop and the breakfast staff was amazing, I would only mention that the fridge didn't work, so unfortunately I wasn't tempted to drink something from the minibar. Even though I am a Marriott Titanium member, I would definately stay here again if I need a hotel room in this city, the Sheraton, even though being more luxurious, it's twice the nightly price, in a location which makes difficult to enjoy the city by walking.
