We arrived without any reservation on a Saturday morning. Genesis, the receptionist, was very efficient and very friendly. Within minutes we were provided with a perfectly clean room. Upon checkout things went just as smoothly. Next time I'm in Viña del Mar I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Their support and assistance during my stay was exemplary in effort, time and resources. The Management was super understanding and helped on short notice, 2 key members of the front desk (Camila and Felepe) were understanding supportive and engaged with some very difficult issues and this during a 3 day stay. Super can't say enough about them other than Gracias.

Disappointed with the stay at this location. There was not parking available and the alternative is 8 blocks away. A false fire alarm was triggered at 3:00 am with barely an explanation from the personnel
