I went to visit viña Del Mar for the first time and it was all amazing, the location, the service, the valet parking, the food, only thing I will point out is the cleaning of the rooms, since sometimes they didn’t cleaned well and left thrash in the trash cans, but other than that it was amazing and I will definitely stay again:)

We had no heat the first 24 hours. It would have been nice for the hotel to let us know. We spent a lot of time trying to make the thermostat work and then a restless, cold night. After that was solved, the staff were very nice.
