However, I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the plumbing in your room. We understand how important it is for our guests to have a comfortable and trouble-free stay. Please be assured that your concerns regarding the plumbing issues will be addressed by our maintenance team to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar situations. Furthermore, I regret to learn about the inconsistency in service quality that you encountered during your stay. While I am glad to hear that our front desk and cleaning staff made a positive impression, I recognize that the service at our bar did not meet the standards we strive to uphold.
