had a truly wonderful experience staying at the Pullman Viña del Mar San Martín, and I look back on my time there with very fond memories. From the beginning, I felt comfortable, welcome and very well looked after. The hotel has such a pleasant atmosphere, and what stood out to me most was how warm, friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast experience. The food was always fresh and delicious, and the mornings were made even nicer by the people working there. I would especially like to mention Louisa and Maria Garcia, whom I met on many of the breakfast mornings. They were always so kind, welcoming and attentive, and their friendliness really made a difference. It is those small personal interactions that make a hotel stay feel special rather than simply being a place to sleep. The food in general was also something I really enjoyed during my stay. Everything was very well presented, and I always felt that a lot of care went into the service. Even when there was a small misunderstanding regarding a breakfast box on one occasion, it did not change my overall impression at all. Misunderstandings can happen anywhere, and what mattered much more to me was the consistently positive experience I had during the rest of my stay. Viña del Mar itself was also one of the highlights of my time in Chile. I absolutely loved the city, its beautiful coastline, the atmosphere and the feeling of being so close to the sea. There is something very relaxed and special about Viña, and I really enjoyed having the opportunity to experience it. Staying at the Pullman was a perfect part of that experience because the hotel felt like a very comfortable and welcoming place to return to after spending time exploring the city. What I will remember most is the combination of the beautiful location, the hotel, the food and especially the warmth of the people. My stay did not feel impersonal at all; instead, I felt genuinely welcomed. That made my time in Viña del Mar even more memorable. I left the hotel with a very positive impression and many happy memories. If I have the opportunity to return to Viña del Mar in the future, I would be very happy to stay at the Pullman again. It was a lovely part of my Chile experience, and I am very grateful to everyone who helped make my stay so enjoyable.
