We strive to offer a superior level of service, and I regret that you found the absence of certain items, such as tissues and a shaving mirror, to be lacking. Your comments regarding the water and coffee capsules policy have been noted; our standard practice is indeed to provide a limited amount complimentary, with additional items available for purchase thereafter. I also regret to hear that your check-in experience did not reflect the warm welcome we aim to provide all our guests, especially our valued Gold Card members.
