The rooms are very comfortable, and we appreciated that different pillow types are available upon request. We highly recommend booking a sea-view room—after long days of walking and climbing Valparaíso’s many stairs, it was wonderful to relax and watch the activity at the working dock. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location is excellent: very close to two funiculars that take you up to the historic, scenic areas; right next to the train station; and beside a small mall with a convenience store, general shops, a food court, a pharmacy, and an electronics store. There’s also a weekend market, restaurants and banks within easy walking distance. We had read some reviews mentioning safety concerns. While we didn’t go out late at night, we never felt unsafe and were comfortable walking around during our stay.

Well located, enough space in the rooms. Break fast was good. Options for gluten free people for sweets and cakes. very good you have lactose free products and GF bread.Unstable internet for what's up app and to communicate with reception. You have to do something with the shower heads and the tap, it does come out like a fine spray make it hard to wash properly and shower your hair. Big issue with safe that the batteries run out and left my things trapped in. Luckily the girl came to open it with a key. The magnetic cards don't work well, so you have to come back all the time to reception to fix them.

1) terrible line to check in, had to wait a lot! 2) Dinner was not great, the rice was not well done, pizza was not cooked enough, checking was too hard to chew. 3) Room didn't have minibar and they would want to keep the baby's food on a freezer in the kitchen. The rest was ok, great views, good breakfast.
