I WAS ROBBED INSIDE OF THE HOTEL RESTAURANT

On Friday morning December 6th I was robbed inside of the hotel restaurant during the breakfast time. I noticed the thief woman's action immediately after she took my two cell phones from my table, while I was getting food at the buffet. I run to intercepted her at the lobby and could get back the phones. NO ONE FROM IBIS MAIN DESK SUPPORTED ME DURING THE ACCTION. THERE WAS NO SECURITY IN THE LOBBY.
