Good: 1 – Great location – Access to private beach, the breach is absolutely amazing with a clear sun set view. The water is clean with good waves 2 – Family friendly – The resort is great to engage kids. They have a kids activity centre and a separate kids and toddler pool with water slides. Even the Infiniti pool at the beach is a kids friendly pool Caution – The beach is risky and dangerous at high tides, Not to let the kids go into the beach waters 3 – Great Pool – They have a large pool in the centre of the report and an Infiniti pool at the beach side. Both the pools were well maintained and attractive 4 – Rooms – were descent size with a balcony facing the pool. Interior was modern and plush 5 – For those seeking Indian food, they have an in house Indian Chef(Ravi) who can customize dishes as per guest preference, he was very approachable and helpful. For us this was an added advantage 6 – Helpful and polite staff – basic language (English) proficiency Not so Good: 1 – We found the Buffet pricing (1150 thb) and drinks pricing very high 2- Check-in and check-out took them a lot of time 3 – Resort staff was not proactive to guide on the local sight seeing and activity options, when we inquired they handed over a booklet from a partner tour company with various full day excursion options which were priced exorbitantly, however there was not much guidance provided on places to visit nearby. We had to rely on our own research Khao Lak travel guide: Khao Lak is located at 2 hours drive north of Phuket. It is was relatively less crowded when we visited. There are a number of beaches in that circuit with a good town centre with plenty of good cafes/restaurants. The whole region gives a good upscale beach resort feeling We visited Khuk Khak beach and Coconut beach and found both very good, clean turquoise waters and good beach side shacks. Coconut beach is smaller but provides a good setting to spend the day with various shaded areas Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park- this is a gem of a place, not to be missed. very conveniently located in the heart of Khao lak. One can get access to 2 beaches through this park Small Sandy beach – If you take the main entrance there is a 1.5km trail which leads to this beach. The trail is moderate to difficult grade with a few steep patches. However its clearly laid out with directions. The beach is small and extremely beautiful. Clean water with good waves and very safe too. It has a small café with few food and drink options. If you reach there early morning at park opening time you may get the beach to yourself with very minimal crowd. Also a great photo spot Tip – For those who are not able to hike there is a short cut to the small sandy beach through the 2nd park entrance 700 meters away from the main entrance on the same road. This is a 400 meters easy hike to beach Khao Lak beach – a short quick 300 meter trail from the park, however we did not visit this beach

Wonderful place to stay. The management team and staff do an excellent job maintaining the resort in a sustainable manner. The rooms,pool,gym and grounds are well maintained. The buffet was excellent. Would highly recommend the establishment.

Pullman Khao Lak is a lovely resort service was outstanding. I have to mention Bell Attendant Ton who help my partner who unfortunately sprained his foot badly just before arriving he organized us a wheel chair which helped amazingly and our room attendant Noo Na who was so accommodating doing our room at flexible times to suit us. Receptionist Dew was just pure joy everyday to see see even recommend the most delicious seafood place to eat 4 mins drive away called Yin Yin Seafood. The only damper was the boy who made the omelette I found to be rude time and time again and too many kids but if you’re ok with kids everywhere it’s great!
