Had the All-Inclusive Package and found that the Al a Carte menu option never changed from lunch to dinner and was the same every day during a 14-night stay. The staff also did not offer the Al a Carte menu in the restaurant, and it appeared as if you had inconvenienced them when you asked for it rather than eating from the buffet. Also, when All-Inclusive i believe the gust should be able to order the fresh cooked Pizza as an option for lunch or even dinner.

Absolutely fantastic! A bit out of town but everything we needed was right there!!! Fabulous rooms, friendly staff, yummy food, great cocktails, gorgeous pools, beach on your doorstep, well equipped gym, lovely day spa, heaps of space to spread out and a fun kids area. We had a swim up room which was 10/10!!

Not a good choice. Avoid. Poor service, stray dogs, non existent customer service.

This evening we made the limited choice to eat at the buffet - 2 Adults and 2 Kids. As 1 of the adults I looked around the buffet and selected a small plate of 1 type of food - after 2 mouthfuls I decided I did not like it and therefore wouldn’t be eating any more… Upon leaving I mentioned to the waiteress who asked if everything was okay that I had not really eaten and asked whether it was necessary to charge me for the entire buffet meal considering I did not eat a full meal - her response was that she would need to check the CCTV to see how much I ate! I found this very offensive and explained that she was welcome to do so, and therefore check I was not a liar - I explained that I would pay for the uneaten buffet but was very clear that I would ensure I left a review to this affect. I spoke to a duty manager called Jee Prae (same name as earlier rude waitress/hostess) who was not understanding and whose attitude was very rude - I ended up getting a return taxi to a supermarket to buy some crisps and snacks - upon return to the hotel I noticed a large group of seemingly stray dogs…I reported them to reception as I could see them from the lobby (I’m not a busy body!) the duty manager said that they shouldn’t be there and promptly called security…after seeing me take a video and photos of the stray dogs running free, she then came to me and changed her explanation of their presence by stating that they were infact with one of the guests - I am not in the habit of accusing people of lying (I understand how offensive this can be) but I find it difficult to believe that the dogs who were running loose in the premises were the pets of guests, none had collars and all resembled the dogs that are stray in the surrounding wasteland of the hotel. I appreciate that stray dogs by their very nature perhaps venture into the grounds…however I would like to understand more around the fact that Jee Prae initially also believed that they were stray but suddenly decided that they were pets of guests upon seeing that I was filming and taking pictures of their presence - does the hotel have a policy allowing guests to let their dogs run free (without collars and completely unruly around a restaurant?) I have photographs and videos to corroborate all of what I have stated in this review and I will post these to ensure that the veracity is confirmed. I have stayed in multiple high class and 5* hotels and I have never experienced such awful customer and guest relations. The few “managerial” staff I have encountered have been appalling and in my own opinion (and that of my footage) seemingly very dishonest. My advice would be to avoid this hotel…this is based mainly on the behaviour and attitude of some of the staff along with the very limited choice of food and attentiveness of the staff in the limited restaurants. Aside from all of the above, the room is very nice and clean. Sent from my iPhone
