Beautiful accomodation and setting by the Andaman Coast and not far from the town of Khao Lak. Obliging abd dedicated staff in all areas of the resort but a special mention to Pnam in the restaurant enduring our coffees were hot and in abundance at breakfast time. Fresh, clean and well serviced by pleasant and hospitable staff. Amazing laundry service, sending washed clothes mended and smelling sweet. Gorgeous bar staff servicing us with colourful cocktails delivered with smiles and good natured front of house. Taxi nearby but very easy to contact drivers and local guides. Plenty of wonderful nature/culture/ cooking/ market shopping experiences to enjoy in the area. Great for kids with a lovely kids club, play ground and waterslide. Pool is amazing and suitable for all ages. Some areas are peaceful while kids area is lovely and fun. . Food service fantastic and Thai/ international smorgasbord was always fresh, varied and accommodating of dietary needs (I am coeliac/gf) many thanks to all for a wonderful stay in July (rm 4207) all the best to the wonderful staff, you make the Pullman experience absolutely superb! Thank you 🙏🏻💕🌴

The team was excellent, big thanks to Thomas, Tee, Jang, Yeyee, and Landy for being amazing. Lots of activities for the kids, including a foam party that they loved. Spending the days on the water slide and the kids really loved the sea scooters!

Coming here with kids has been a treat. The breakfast was great and had a variety of options, the pool lots of fun and the entertainment fab. Had a great time at the hotel but especially the massage. Jee Five was my therapist and did a fantastic job. Don’t miss out.

ปกติไม่ใช่คนชอบเขียนรีวิวเลย แต่ที่ Pullman เขาหลัก ทำให้ลองเขียนดู ประทับใจตั้งแต่เริ่ม Check-In แล้ว ทำให้นึกถึงคำที่ว่า "บริการที่ดีเริ่มที่รอยยิ้ม" ที่ Pullman ไม่ทำให้ผิดหวังเลย ส่วนตัวเคยมาที่นี่มาก่อน มาครั้งนี้เห็นความเปลี่ยนแปลงชัดเจนมาก พนักงานทุกคนตั้งแต่หน้า Front แม่บ้าน security ตลอดจนพนักงานทุกคนยิ้ยแย้มและทักทายทุกครั้งที่เดินผ่านหรือเจอเลย มีความอบอุ่นที่สัมผัสได้ ถือว่ามีการปรับปรุงจากการที่มาครั้งก่อนจริงๆ ชื่นชมพนักงานทุกท่าน โดยเฉพาะทีม Front (จำชื่อไม่ได้) น่ารักทุกคนจริง ในส่วนห้องพัก มาตรฐาน Pullman ครับ ห้องกว้าง สะดวกสบาย แถมได้ upgrade เป็น Pool Access อีก ทำให้การพักผ่อนครั้งนี้ใช่คำว่าคุ้มค่าได้มากจริงๆ ในส่วนห้องอาหารทั้ง อาหารเช้า และ Bar ริมทะเล บอกเลยถูกใจคนไทยแน่นอน อาหารไทยรสชาดดี แถมหลากหลายมากๆ ว่างๆลองทาน pizza เป็นอาหารมื้อบ่ายริมทะเลก็อร่อยคุ้มค่าครับ สำหรับสมาชิก Accor Plus Platinum สิทธิประโยชน์ที่ได้ที่นี่ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามากๆ ทั้ง Welcome Drink, Afternoon Tea, อาหารเช้าฟรี แถมได้ upgrade ห้องพักอีก เดินคุ้มครับ

Fantastic Resort, pool brilliant, food great and staff very friendly. Cocktails are very nice. Nothing is too much trouble. Great massage from Jee Bew at the Spa. Very relaxing break and some nice shopping in town with well organised transport.
