I was very satisfied with the hotel overall, including its facilities and general service. However, I believe there is still room for improvement in how Asian guests are treated and supported in communication. Not every guest can speak English fluently. English is simply a tool for communication, not a measure of a person's intelligence, status, or worth, and it should never be treated as a source of power or authority. As an international hotel, I hope you will continue to provide staff training on cultural awareness and respect for guests from different countries and backgrounds. When a guest is not comfortable speaking English, staff should show patience, use simple language, or utilize translation tools when necessary. True international hospitality means treating every guest with the same level of respect, regardless of their English ability or nationality. I hope the hotel will continue to strengthen its training and create an environment where all Asian guests, as well as guests from every part of the world, feel equally respected and welcomed.

My room was upgraded to the sea view room and that was awesome. As a plaitinum member, I miss the fruit basket and snacks in the room. Two bottles of beer seemed to be under estimated. Most of every services at the hotel were good. The food was good. The staffs were helpful with hospitality but they had to be more professional. I talked to some staffs who said they were newbies, so for me some minor inconvenience such as loud voices, chit-chating over customers' head were acceptable. They worked well though. I admired staffs at the restaurant the most. Comparing to the other Accor hotel nearby, I think Pullman hotel has potential and can be improved. I look forward to the next stay.

-This hotel is located in Takua Pa, approximately 20 km from Khao Lak. I stayed here during a long holiday in Thailand, so the hotel was fully booked. I originally booked a king-size bed, but was assigned twin beds instead. Unfortunately, I couldn't request a room change due to full occupancy. The room was clean, and the facilities were satisfactory. The hotel features two restaurants: Kram, located by the beach, and Plai, where breakfast is served. Kram serves Italian cuisine, but the food fell short of expectations given the price point. As for Plai, the breakfast was average—decent quality, but nothing extraordinary. However, the soft-boiled eggs were undercooked on my second morning, which was quite frustrating. I also ordered a Whiskey Sour at The Junction Bar, near the entrance. It was far from a classic Whiskey Sour, as it lacked egg white. Upon checking the menu, I noticed egg white wasn't listed as an ingredient at all. On-site parking is very limited. Guest may need to park outside, after which the staff will transport you back via buggy. I don't know how to rate this hotel—whether to judge it as a 5-star property or based on the price I paid. If the standard is a 5-star hotel, it was totally disappointing. But for the price I paid, it was completely worth it.

In the evening restaurant food too slow and 3 staff just standing do nothing and we order the beer after 15min we still get nothing .Breakfast we want the hard boil egg we get from the buffet took like 3 eggs all softboil and then we ask the chef they said the sign its swapt with hard boil i ask the staff to crack and check if it hard boil so its all still soft boil eggs. Food in the restaurant the taste not so good we order lamb burger and something russian . burger was cold. Room its really good just the floor its a bit too slippery. Kids club really good ! loves all the activity.
