Highly recommend this resort, you will not be disappointed staying at Pullman Khao Lak. We booked 4 rooms through Luxury Escapes all inclusive for our family of adult children. We loved the location, the rooms and the grounds. Staff were amazing, our escape was the perfect way to unwind and spend some quality time together. We found it easy to get transport and book day trips from the resort if we wanted to head out for the day. Food and drinks were great, a fun packed holiday, balanced with times of pure bliss!

Everything was great at property. Only thing is that its doesnt take care of vegetarian people mainly from India. While current tourist population from India is not much and it will go up going forward due to positive word of mouth however given the fact that India is a biggest country in globe and no hotel chain can afford to ignore /overlook Indian tourists . The scale that India offer, no one else can offer. Being a pure vegetarian, I had to literally struggle to find food choices to feed family. Specially when the General Mgr comes from this Indian origin. Its not a feedback but a potential lost opportunity in future if not acted now

We had a blissfully relaxing and happy stay here. The staff could not have been kinder, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We just loved having pool access from our room. Having all meals and drinks inclusive made it such and easy holiday!
