I left this resort feeling more like a revenue source than a guest. Almost everything comes with an extra charge, and there were very few adult-focused activities included. The only “complimentary” shuttle ran once for about 45 minutes in the middle of the day, which wasn’t practical for planning. To be fair, breakfast was nice, the food I bought at the restaurants was tasty, and the beach access was easy. However, after moving to another nearby resort, the difference was clear: they offer multiple adult activities free of charge (fire shows on their private beach, kayaks, cabaret shows, and more), the restaurants are cheaper while still good quality, and there are free shuttles throughout the day to Khao Lak center and Bang Niang Market for all guests. Overall, the experience feels much more guest-focused. Unfortunately, this resort didn’t meet that standard for the price.

Extremely caring and accommodating staff, beautiful well kept grounds, awesome private pool villa, all needs were met. My only concern was the Luxury Escapes limited all inclusive meals and drinks package.
