Positive: Very nice, modern hotel, right on the beach. All facilities included, with plenty to do for the entire family and children. Two restaurants, a reception bar, a beach bar, a pool bar, and two swimming pools: one infinity pool and another long, shallow pool flowing in front of the ground-floor rooms. Very nice SPA, which we really enjoyed, and there is also a gym. The beach is very long and almost empty, ideal for long walks. In front of the hotel, there are some poles installed to measure beach erosion. The sea has plenty of sea “bees”. The hotel staff is amazing—attentive and pleasant. Milan, the very friendly General Manager, was present everywhere. The Christmas Eve dinner was nice, and the Thai staff were beautifully dressed in a fun “Santa Baby” (Kylie Minogue style). The lovely Santa Baby girl from reception was constantly busy between her duties and being taken for photo sessions by guests. We were upgraded to a top-floor sea-view suite, thanks to Giorgi. Breakfast was rich, with excellent omelettes, tasty shrimp rolls, curry, and standard European options. Massages at the SPA are excellent, although prices are at Western European levels rather than Thai ones. The hotel is remotely located in a quiet village, with only one other hotel nearby (the Marriott, about a 15-minute walk along the beach). There is also a beach restaurant about five minutes’ walk away. The 2004 tsunami memorial site is nearby. There is no typical Thai party nightlife here; you come to truly relax in the resort. Bolt and Grab taxis do not reach the hotel, but bicycles are available to move around the village. Sea excursions are possible, although pick-ups are early due to the distance from the pier.

Forgot an airpod at the hotel, the hotel kept in their lost & found but never informed us that they’ve found it We called to check 2days after to retrieved it, but we’ve left Phang Nga

Negatives - crowded, impossible to get a sunbed unless you wake up v early - noisy (lots of kids) - queue at breakfast - expensive drinks and food at the hotel (luckily there are nice places closeby on the beach) Beach is quite narrow Positives - bedrooms really nice, high standards - helpful staff

We stayed only one night with 9 ppl. The reception (chinese) welcomed us and asked for our ID cards. We drove many cars to there so might not be there at the same time so she talked to us that we made her confusing while checking our IDs with the sound not that friendly. we felt not that good to felt the experience from high star in thailand and previously impressed with pullman brand in other locations
