Rose in Kram was excellent, deserves promotion very friendly. The buffet is terrible,cold food, not many desserts, repeated to often. Peples towels on seats all day when they leave, need to be removed. Room cleaning is done too late, 3pm often had to call to have room cleaned.

Ko Tonn and Jee Rose/Jee Bank at the Kram Beach club were very good and attentive. We were vegetarian and they made effort to make some dishes for us. The food was good and drinks were amazing. The hotel in general and location on the beach is amazing. Shuttles to take you to Khao lak center and market. Spa was very good too.
