Highly recommend this resort, you will not be disappointed staying at Pullman Khao Lak. We booked 4 rooms through Luxury Escapes all inclusive for our family of adult children. We loved the location, the rooms and the grounds. Staff were amazing, our escape was the perfect way to unwind and spend some quality time together. We found it easy to get transport and book day trips from the resort if we wanted to head out for the day. Food and drinks were great, a fun packed holiday, balanced with times of pure bliss!

We had a blissfully relaxing and happy stay here. The staff could not have been kinder, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We just loved having pool access from our room. Having all meals and drinks inclusive made it such and easy holiday!

Quite far from the hustle and bustle of city life, situated in a peaceful location with amazing sea beach near by. Gives lot of comfort for privacy.

Stayed for 2 nights in December 2025. Room booked: Deluxe Pool Access. Status: Platinum Upgrade - Was not offered or given, I had checked-in quite late and upon check-in, it seems that the staff was not very willing to give an upgrade. He mentioned that normally an upgrade will be given to a family pool access suite but that we may prefer some privacy and quietness which that room would not have. Then he mentioned there is the presidential suite the next day but this was just a passing mention. Eventually, we were told to check out our room first to see if it was ok. Amenity - 2 bottles of beer left in an ice bucket that had all the ice melted. (so yes, soaked in just cold water). There was also 1 set of afternoon tea which I had asked if we could have it in the room since the weather was quite warm that day, flatly rejected by the front desk. 2x welcome drink vouchers were given, we had it on the second night at the lobby bar, don't get the cocktail :) Breakfast - There were good options of various different cuisines. As part of the elite members perks, a fruit platter as well as sparkling wine will be served, they didn't have the sparkling wine on the first day, so replaced with butterfly pea drink. Room - Was alright, to be honest, nothing fascinating. The "do not disturb" button did not work, but it was alright since no one paid us any attention to disturb anyway. The lock for the door that leads to the pool couldn't lock, but you got to get into the pool to get in from there, so no fuss. Parking - Parking is very limited within the hotel, but for now as there are no development around the area, we were led to park outside. There are 2 lots that had the signs that they were reserved for Accor Members, I wonder how that is assigned and which member gets to park there. In general - I would give it an ok, maybe I had expected more since its my first time to Khao Lak. There are also more foreigners than Thai people, and alot of children too. The location is away from the main Khao Lak busy area making it much quieter. There are some local food shops nearby which is quite good.

We also appreciate your remarks regarding parking, and we will review the current arrangements for reserved spaces to ensure fairness and clarity for all members. We are pleased to hear that you found our location peaceful and that you enjoyed the nearby local food options. However, we regret that some aspects of your stay fell short of what you had hoped for on your first visit to Khao Lak. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
