Located little outside of Khaolak but easily accessable by local transport, next to Tsunami memorial, great pool and gym, kids water park area, got an upgrade and stayed probably in the best room of the hotel (thx). Breakfast pretty nice with sparkling wine for Accor Platinum and higher member). Great afternoon tea time, again free for platinum and above members. Only one small downside, the hotel restaurant (we had twice dinner) is a rather decent in terms of food. Anyhow, there are local places around for dinner. Maybe there is some room to adress this further. Will certainly come back.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Special thanks to K. Party at the bar for the excellent and helpful service. K. Maikee kindly helped us coordinate with Chef as a surprise cake for my sister, which made the occasion very special. We would also like to thank K. Nant-Bell man for being polite, attentive, and for recommending delicious food at check out process. During check-out, K. Kathy and Ko In were very kind and professional, making the process smooth and efficient. In addition, K. Pream, K. Mikin, and the Reservation Team handled our reservation and pre-arrival payment process seamlessly and smoothly. Everyone made us feel truly special and well cared for throughout our stay as. We were very happy with the rooms, pool staff were exceptional, cleaning and bar staff very friendly, unfortunately there is not much else to rate high. Nightly entertainment was advertised, fire show, movies, music etc - none of these things occurred. We know the weather wasn't the best but surely they would have wet weather plans in place. When enquiring at Reception for some advice on outings, we were told to google. Whilst breakfast provided a good spread, don't be there on a public holiday weekend, if was very unorganised, and a queue to get in. Their ala carte menu was a replica of the beach bar and the nightly buffets were hit and miss. This resort is also very isolated, while we expected to be away from the township we didn't realise it was total isolation, can't blame the resort for this, but you need to be aware. 2 years ago we were in Khao Lak maybe we were just spoilt by Avani resorts there is no way Pullman rates anywhere near the exceptional service we had there

The food was reflective of a 3 star cheap motel rather than the 5 starts they advertise We paid a small fortune $2500 AU for 8 nights and saw it as could ave got better value anywhere else
