Regarding your Luxury Escapes package, the inclusions are outlined before booking. The additional menu items carrying an extra charge are optional upgrades for guests who wish to choose beyond the included options. These were introduced following requests from multiple guests over the past 12 months, although I do appreciate that this is not something you personally like.
