i loved my stay at this property, it was clean, well maintained and just has a good vibe. The breakfast spread was good and the quality of the food was also quite nice. the staff are always smiling and greeting you, i felt very welcomed. The only downsides i would say is that it’s located quite far and the taxi rides back and forth the khao lak city are a little expensive as shuttles don’t run everyday, lastly the restaurant green mango I think the portion size can be bigger and a lot of the dishes would run out by night time.

The staff were warm, caring, and always ready to help. The General Manager Paul was very approachable and even added non‑alcoholic choices to the Happy Hour when we asked, which was so thoughtful. A special shout‑out to Dew, Oh, and the rest of the team for making us feel so special. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday at breakfast. They even decorated our bed with balloons — such a sweet gesture that meant a lot. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return again.
