The cleanliness and service here remain the best in Khao Lak. A huge thank you to Khun Krit for the consistently excellent service every time we visit. While the hotel itself is perhaps the most well-balanced and "perfectly blended" property I’ve stayed at in the area, it is the exceptional service that truly stands out. For me, service is the most important factor when choosing a stay, and this hotel delivers it flawlessly. I will definitely keep coming back!

As a regular to Khao Lak we stayed at Grand Mercure Khao Lak for the first time in April 2026... what a sensational hotel, it has a calmness and relaxed vibe rarely experienced in a hotel. The staff, too many to name, Pam, Dew, Grit, Gok, Ah-Eye... the guys in the pool bar, the ladies at the Spa... everyone made us feel so welcome, we felt like family! The hotel room (pool access) was awesome, very well designed and spacious. Patio and Mango restaurants also very good with generous, tasty serves when we dined there. We visit annually, this was one of the best Thailand hotel experiences! We will be back!

It was an amazing experience for the whole family. From the very first to the very last minute, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The resort is beautifully designed with great attention to detail—modern, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The service was outstanding; every wish was fulfilled, and the staff truly went above and beyond to look after us. The rooms with direct pool access are simply a dream. The food offerings were excellent—breakfast was fantastic, and the Green Mango restaurant stood out with its variety and quality. The kids absolutely loved the Manta Ray kids club. Both the pool and the beach were in perfect condition, with towels and service available at all times. Overall, it was a very successful and memorable stay. Everything was truly to our complete satisfaction.
