The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Special thanks to Lily and Nicole for being so kind, attentive, and making the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the female head chef at the breakfast restaurant and Chef Nut for the delicious food and warm hospitality. They truly made my mornings special. Highly appreciated everyone’s service and kindness throughout the stay.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Grand Mercure. The staff are amazing and we were looked after from the minute we arrived, until we left. Great location, rooms are spacious and the grounds are lovely.

Exceptional service with friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for you to make your stay incredible. The food was delicious and a great mix of traditional Thai with a few western options for a change. The rooms were gorgeous, the pool area stunning and location right on the beach provided options to use local restaurants as well as the brilliant facilities in the hotel. We visited a number of hotels nearby and this hotel was a league above. Fantastic all round value for money. Thank you Paul Smith and your team for a memorable holiday that was so relaxing and just what we needed (especially after coming from a far inferior hotel).
