Dear Mr K., Thank you for your review and for choosing Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our location and the beautiful Thai village style design with the river. It's good to know your room with pool access was ideal for you and that you found the food good. I note your feedback about the availability of free sunbeds around the swimming pools and on the beach. Our sun lounger policy states that loungers cannot be reserved before 10am, and after 10am they can be reserved for up to one hour. We generally always find some sun loungers available, however these may not have been in your preferred location. Our team are always on hand to assist to help find space if required. Our staff will be happy to know you found them exceptionally friendly and professional, embodying the high service standards you expect from the Accor group. I appreciate your honest feedback regarding capacity during your stay. The challenges you experienced finding a free table at breakfast and available sun loungers by the pool and beach are important observations. Breakfast does tend to be busiest from 9am to 10am, but before and after this it is generally much quieter. For guests who prefer a more peaceful experience, we also have our upstairs section of Patio Restaurant available. Regarding sun loungers, we do have a policy in place to help with availability, and our team are always on hand with spare loungers if required. I will review these points with the team to see how we can improve the flow and availability further. Thank you for enjoying the hospitality and beautiful facilities.
