We are locals, booked Soul for a special occasion. Confusing car parking instructions. Fusty smelling corridors and suite furniture, in need of thorough clean and update. Restaurant : music too loud. Not relaxing. Breakfast buffet not worth the cost, hot breakfast left because it both meals were stodgy and unappetising. Certainly would not return to this hotel. Not worth a $500 night stay.

After a terrible experience last year, we decided to give it one more go. Nothing has changed. The room was very, very dirty on arrival. I went through a whole packet of 110 wipes to clean it myself. On the upside, Jonathan is still there and he's absolutely lovely.

The rooms were a great size, the elevators fast, the pool and spa areas were beautiful. Loved everything about it. Best location in Surfers!!!

Great location unfortunately the facilities were poor. The pool bar was never opened during our stay and we would have loved to have a few drinks by the pool!

Air cond didn’t work in room. Had to call 3 times to find out what the outcome was. Was eventually offered to change rooms. No apology offered. Not the best start to a holiday
