Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and other facilities were very good. We did have some problems with the air-conditioning to our room though.

Handy location at central heart of Surfer Paradise however the street downstairs is way too busy and noisy. We were a bit struggling at check-in as no any code of key lockers were sent to us (reception closed at that time). No Wifi/toilet tissue were provided until we asked.
