I am very happy and relaxing staying in Peppers Seminyak. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and all staffs are very friendly and welcoming. We had problem with pool lights on the first night and technicians coming fastly after I call the operator. They fixed it that night immediately. I am very appriciate to Mr. Kroeckel for the room upgrade and I am very enjoy staying there. I will come back definitely.

Our recent stay at Peppers was everything we hoped for and more. We did encounter a problem with our room for the first night but were moved to a new villa which suited our young family more. The food, the staff, the Spa, the pool, the willingness to do anything to make our stay perfect was amazing. We appreciate this so much as travelling with 2 young children is never easy but fortunately enough we were accommodated for without any issues what so ever. The staff, Asih, Kris, Haneti, Astini were always there to offer help for anything. I truly loved being at Peppers.

We booked a Luxury Escapes deal that was good value for money. We had a 3 bedroom villa. From the time we arrived, we were always greeted by all staff at all times. They would say "hello Ms Betty". We absolutely loved our villa. We loved our pool and made good use of it every day no matter what time. The rooms at the villa were spacious and clean. We had a great choice in breakfast and always full by the time we left. A big thank you to Kris and Astini. They were very pleasant and took the time to know what coffee we drank every day and made sure we were looked after. Happy hour was great with a big choice of cocktails and mocktails. Astini made sure we were happy with our drinks and was always hospitable. Winona was amazing with asking us every day how we were and if we were happy with our room. Jan the General Manager introduced himself at breakfast and asked us how we were going and if we're enjoying the resort. The buggy service was great. They would pick us up and drop us off at a restaurant or at the mall or take us back to our villa.. We enjoyed the spa treatments also. The staff were amazing. The staff overall couldn't do enough for us. We are very grateful for the service. We will definitely be back. Peppers is a great resort and since we've come back a week ago, we haven't stopped talking about how good our holiday was in particular the accommodation. Thank you :-)..

Our stay at Peppers was outstanding from check in to check out and everything in between. The staff at this resort, make the stay memorable with brilliant service, friendly faces, great suggestions and always available. Our party ranged in age from 4 - 74 and there was something for everyone and the hotel catered for everyone. We will be back!
