Disappointed for $1000 a night, there was a terrible smell, old tatty furniture, stained curtains, carpet pulled and tatty, dirty unit, common areas need refresh and paint/clean, artwork framing chipped. No smart TV, seems crazy in todays world, will not be rushing back.

Check in no problems - Rooms are dated - the 3 bedroom I had booked was extremely disappointing

Really nice place to stay - plenty of room and great views of Lake Wakatipu. Very close to all the action of downtown Queenstown, but far enough away to not have the crowds and cars.

Location is the only thing going for this room. (1014) Furnishings old and in terrible condition. Room was smelly, think the insinkerator had failed and there was previous food in it? Terrible bedding, couch was old and carpet needs replacing. No privacy on balcony either. Hopefully the owners can be persuaded to bring this property up to Accors standard.
