I can see that you were booked into our hotel room type. Please note that these are our smallest room types and are only sold as limited or partial lake view. I would like to share that we have other room types available which are much bigger and offer spectacular views of the lake such as the 2 bedroom Lake View apartment. We would encourage you to book this room type if we are lucky enough to welcome you back. Please note we are taking your feedback very seriously and are addressing your concerns with the relevant departments. Your comments regarding the lighting from the internal hallway and the bedroom door design are also noted — we understand how this could be challenging, especially for families with young children or guests travelling with friends.
