Regarding Room 511, we’re sorry to hear about the unstable internet connection and the issue with the sensor being obstructed by the shower door. This is certainly frustrating, and we appreciate you highlighting it so our maintenance team can investigate and correct the setup. For Room 505, we regret the difficulty you encountered with the door lock, especially during rainy conditions. We understand how uncomfortable it must have been to be exposed to the weather, and we will be addressing both the door mechanism and reviewing shelter options to improve guest access.
