Great location, beach, restaurants and grocery stores all within easy walking distance. Clean comfortable room, facilities all worked fine. Recommended as a good value location in central Broadbeach. There aren't that many of them left.

Accommodation is superb, room clean and large for my intended stay, the afterhours check in less desirable with approx 30 minutes wait to gain access to phone operator for checking in. a month after still waiting for transfer of accor points for stay.

I try to stay at Accor properties when I travel and have always enjoyed the accommodation and the service, however Mantra Broadbeach service has been disappointing. Whilst I was at a meeting my wife went to check in at the Mantra Broadbeach. The member of staff on Reception queried whether I was actually coming to stay, to which my wife said yes, he is at a meeting at the moment. The staff member continued to give my wife the third degree as to why I wasn't there to check in and then picked up the phone and called me, interrupting my meeting to confirm I was checking in. This is disgraceful behaviour towards my wife and I. To make matters worse, returning late after dinner we discovered the airconditioning was not working. I tried everything but there was no power to the controller. Fortunately there was a pedestal fan in the wardrobe which helped.

Close to restaurants, beach, supermarket and walking distance to Pacific Fair shopping centre. Older apartments but recently renovated. Room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Staff were kind and helpful. Thumbs up for a Yo-Chi is around the corner :)

Fantastic location, extremely clean & comfortable unit, friendly, helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, the only comment I would make is that 2 single blankets to cover a king bed was a tad annoying in winter! Overall, a fantastic experience with Mantra.
