Amazing Location but…..

The location was amazing we were close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The staff who checked us in were polite and friendly and the secure off street parking was a bonus. However the noise from the road was relentless keeping us awake for much of the night. Whilst our room was comfortable we did find 2 socks (not ours) one in a bedroom and the other in the lounge area. Our biggest issue was the lack of hot water - showers were lukewarm at best. Putting these criticisms aside it was a good stay for those after the hustle and bustle of Broadbeach and close proximity to the theme parks.

The place was very clean, nice and spacious for a single person or couple. Reasonably sized bathroom, shower and bath. Lounge room was a good size and is in a good location in Broadbeach surrounded by a lot of good food places and bars. Highly recommend.

Great position close to transport, restaurants and shopping. The room had everything and after a long journey it was nice to find milk in the fridge left for us to make a drink it was much appreciated. The apartment was a two bedroom on the 15th floor, It had good wi-fi fully kitchen stocked with cups glasses and cutlery

Been here before and it was great. This time our experience was very poor. Sunday 4.15pm and the fridge stopped working, and the kettle and hotplates. I had to Macgyver a dinner somehow. There are no contact details anywhere for help once reception leaves. No TV either and dishwasher didn't drain so that was useless. Sewerage smell from the second bedroom. Desperately needs a refit. For $626/night go somewhere else. My mantra will now be 'never stay at Mantra'.
