I stayed at BreakFree Longbeach for Schoolies with a group of friends, and we honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. The amenities were great, with the apartments being super comfortable and having amazing views. The location is absolutely perfect — only a very short walk to the shops, Cavill Avenue, and the beach, which made everything so convenient. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, but a special shout-out has to go to Kevin, the manager. He was genuinely the best—always looking out for everyone and making sure we were safe and happy. You can tell he really cares about every single guest. Overall, an awesome experience. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing experience here! The staff were all so lovely and accomodating, rooms were nice and always clean, suitable access to everything that was needed and genuinely felt safe and cared for during our stay here. BreakFree Longbeach is an amazing place to stay and I would highly recommend spending time here :)

Absolutely beautiful rooms, so spacious and clean with amazing views around the room. The management and reception team were all lovely to interact with daily, providing extra towels and chats whenever we needed. I would honestly recommend break free longbeach to any friends or families wanting a getaway to the coast!

A la réservation j'ai payé la totalité de la facture indiquant les charges et taxes incluses, pourquoi j'ai dû encore payer des taxes.

Cher Clive, Merci d'avoir choisi Breakfree Longbeach et de nous avoir fourni un avis détaillé. J'ai étudié les problèmes concernant la différence de prix et le délai avec lequel vous avez reçu la facture fiscale. La différence de prix était due à un supplément de 1,1 % par carte de crédit pour tous les paiements effectués par carte de crédit et indiqués dans la confirmation de réservation. Le décalage horaire dans la réception de la facture fiscale est dû au fait que notre équipe de réservation ne peut émettre une facture fiscale qu'après un départ. Cela est dû à la possibilité de modifier une réservation en cours de séjour, après avoir déjà fourni une facture fiscale. Cela donne un écart entre une vraie facture fiscale et celle fournie précédemment. Si l’une de ces différences n’est pas celle que vous recherchez, n’hésitez pas à m’envoyer un e-mail directement et je pourrai approfondir votre recherche. Cordialement, Kévin
