We stayed at this accommodation whilst spending a week at the Magic Millions sales, Polo and races. Whilst the accommodation was dated, it was clean and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed, clean amenities. The location was perfect for our situation and the staff were very helpful and informative. Lisa and Kevin were our direct contacts. They were great.

The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The location is in close proximity to the beach and the main Surfer Paradise area, with public transport close by. The rooms are large with balconies looking over the ocean or towards the hills, there is also a large kitchen. Free parking makes the hotel favourable. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed at BreakFree Longbeach for Schoolies with a group of friends, and we honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. The amenities were great, with the apartments being super comfortable and having amazing views. The location is absolutely perfect — only a very short walk to the shops, Cavill Avenue, and the beach, which made everything so convenient. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, but a special shout-out has to go to Kevin, the manager. He was genuinely the best—always looking out for everyone and making sure we were safe and happy. You can tell he really cares about every single guest. Overall, an awesome experience. Would definitely stay again!

A la réservation j'ai payé la totalité de la facture indiquant les charges et taxes incluses, pourquoi j'ai dû encore payer des taxes.

Cher Clive, Merci d'avoir choisi Breakfree Longbeach et de nous avoir fourni un avis détaillé. J'ai étudié les problèmes concernant la différence de prix et le délai avec lequel vous avez reçu la facture fiscale. La différence de prix était due à un supplément de 1,1 % par carte de crédit pour tous les paiements effectués par carte de crédit et indiqués dans la confirmation de réservation. Le décalage horaire dans la réception de la facture fiscale est dû au fait que notre équipe de réservation ne peut émettre une facture fiscale qu'après un départ. Cela est dû à la possibilité de modifier une réservation en cours de séjour, après avoir déjà fourni une facture fiscale. Cela donne un écart entre une vraie facture fiscale et celle fournie précédemment. Si l’une de ces différences n’est pas celle que vous recherchez, n’hésitez pas à m’envoyer un e-mail directement et je pourrai approfondir votre recherche. Cordialement, Kévin

Superbe vue , super hôtel... A 10 min à pied de la rue piétonne, une station de tram pas loin , un petit magasin au coin de la rue. Hôtel très bien situé et assez propre. Avec une piscine chauffée, un sauna , une salle de sport à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur un coin barbecue, piscine et spapool. Il y a toute fois quelques petites bricoles à améliorer mais pas de quoi en faire un drame. On a passé un super moment 😊😀
