Chambre agréable service correct personnel efficace

Please accept my most sincere apologies, however, for the shortfall you experienced at Room81 Bar. You should, of course, have received attentive table service, and I am truly sorry that you had to go to the bar yourself to order and collect your drink. La chambre était propre, mais très "vieillissante". La salle de bain semblait tout droit sortie des années 80. L’accueil était correct, mais il n’y avait qu’une seule personne pour trois postes, ce qui a causé des attentes à chaque fois.

Malgré un emplacement idéal, un personnel globalement souriant, la salle de bain mérite d'être rénové ! Les robinets sont difficiles à ouvrir et à fermer. Malgré un serrage fort peut parfois encore coulée. Les chaises du restaurant ne font pas hôtel haut de gamme, dommage.

Personnel très agréable, notamment le bagagiste qui faisait des efforts pour parler français. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il est proche de toutes les commodités. La chambre était propre, on se sentait bien.
