It is a pleasure to know that you enjoyed the comfort of your room, the quality of service, and the professionalism of our team. Please accept my most sincere apologies, however, for the shortfall you experienced at Room81 Bar. You should, of course, have received attentive table service, and I am truly sorry that you had to go to the bar yourself to order and collect your drink. La chambre était propre, mais très "vieillissante". La salle de bain semblait tout droit sortie des années 80. L’accueil était correct, mais il n’y avait qu’une seule personne pour trois postes, ce qui a causé des attentes à chaque fois.
