A good solid stay

This hotel is a good solid hotel which I previously stayed in when under previous management. The rooms are decent and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The facilities are a little limited (always were) so if you are looking for pool/gym/sauna etc you will be disappointed. However it is very close to the CBD and to Central Station so you can explore Brissie and surroundings very easily from here. My only criticism would be the lack of a good breakfast. When I used to stay here they did a very good brekkie downstairs which was a highlight. However, Brisbane is not short of some very good places to have breakfast so, while disappointing, it’s not a huge downside.

Liked the hotel and the location. Close to the CBD and Fortitude Valley. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and clean. There was a desk to work at and good air conditioning, which is important in Brisbane, even in April! Would stay here again.

Mostly Good, Staff Exceptional

All of the staff we dealt with were exceptional and couldn't do enough. The room did smell damp and the air con didn't seem to be clean but otherwise excellent. The rooms are small but fine for a one or two night jaunt.

We had a relaxing time with the staff very helpful and accommodating. The only thing that was a little annoying was that the restaurant was not open and no meals were available as detailed in my booking from work.

Beautiful property, such nice décor and aesthetic. Sparkling clean and wonderful staff. I had a bad experience the night before at a different hotel and rebooked at this one instead and it was so much better. I was thrilled to then have such a great experience checking in the staff were so nice, and then the room was sparkling clean which was a welcomed change. Will stay again.
