The Air conditioner not heating up to a comfortable level, it was stuck at a maximum level that was still uncomfortably cold. Lack of bedding, only sheets and a top cover, due to air conditioner not functioning at full capacity it was a very cold night with no spare blankets. Cold room, furniture scuffed, tiles in bathroom chipped. Not recommended favourably.

The overall score is 8 out of 10 . Hotel facilities good even the gym is small but acceptable 1 Bed room size is quite good. only negative is a little bit old but still acceptable , services , reception and F and B services are great . They are care about the Loyalty member especially for the Diamond members. B/F Quality is acceptable but not amazing . At least , better than Sydney Swisstel 5 stars hotel .. Team Services and Quality , only different , SYDney Swisstel is nice renovation for the hardware but all services are substandard. overall, I m happy for your hotel.

Without any forewarning we were very rudely told you are now totally Non smoking, even on the balcony. After several previous stays we have even been supplied with Ashtray. My wife has serious back problems walking so this totally ruined our stay. We have been here me over a week and still not received our $200 bond returned.
