Well located but everything seemed quite unorganised,, no entitled welcome drinks (despite making queries), accomodation dirty and dusty in places. Lack of initially supplies necessities (1/4 roll in ensuite), no dishwashing liquid, spare pillow no case.

Very bad cleanliness

When we were given the room it had not been cleaned. Once it was cleaned the room smelt bad like Indian food and we cleaned the room again ourselves from top to bottom and purchased room freshener and a defuser to hide the odour. Was very disappointed. The amenities in the room such as kitchen utensils were very limited, no dustpan to clean up sweeping. There was hair from previous guests found throughout the room. The drains in the en-suite and bathroom vanities did not drain well (assume they were clogged from hair of previous guests. Location was good but other than that would not recommend.

Due to booking very late we didn't have our usual wonderful view but the second floor had its advantages - close to the pools! Rooms are starting to look a little dated but still comfortable (great beds, good kitchen, strong shower) and you can't beat the location close enough to everything but still quiet. I did miss my mornings on the balcony overlooking the ocean but I could still enjoy the sound of the waves and having an indoor pool was a big advantage whilst staying at Surfer's Paradise during a VERY wet time!

Apartment 29A has superb views of the beach. The furniture is dated, as are the kitchen appliances. Requires renovations to bring it up to scratch. The staff were very helpful.
