Well located with clean rooms and everything around. However, although the place is categorised as a 4-star hotel, it lacks typical hotel services such as slippers, etc. When I asked the receptionist about some of the services, they responded that the place is not a hotel but an apartment.

Location is perfect for us, everything is within our reach, significantly the sunrise and sunset which I considered a bonus given by the amazing staff who gave us a great ocean view room. I would definitely recommend Breakfree hotel.

If location are your priority, this hotel/resort is for you. Everything is within our reach, no need to walk far to see the sunrise and sunset (which is a must). The apartment is great for families, spacious room and huge backyard for bbq or swim in their outdoor pool.

Well located but dirty

I was contacted early the day of check in asking for an arrival time, when I replied nothing was said about staff not being in reception past 3pm, when I arrived there was no information on what to do about getting my key, once I figured out what I had to do half hour later I got to the room which at first seemed reasonable but after having a good look around everything was dirty and not maintained, the draw in the kitchen was falling apart, the rangehood didn’t function and was filthy, there was no wifi or Foxtel even though the website said otherwise. There were a lot of things dissatisfying about this place.
