Service was disgusting, the place is very old no restaurant and their prices are ridiculous, our little one had an accident we took the bedding off straight away told them and they said no charge , neck minit it comes out of our account. Then our sheets had stains on them .

Very disappointing

Arrived last night and the guy in reception was quite abrupt and grumpy. We came up to the room to sleep as it was quite late and were very disappointed. It was tired, dated, smelled of moth balls and was nothing like the photos. This morning I went to check out the pool area which looked quite dingy. You need your key card to enter and exit but once in it wouldn’t let me exit. Thank goodness I had my phone with me as I had to call the hotel to come and let me out however her key didn’t work either. I had to exit through the toilets, gym and back corridors to get back to my room. I’ve just booked another hotel and we’ll be checking out this afternoon. Expensive stay in Cairns so far and we haven’t done anything. The tourist industry wonders why everyone goes overseas

Check in was good. The staff were friendly and helpful however when we got to our room I was pretty disappointed. We’ve stayed in Mantras all over the world but this room was tired, dated, smells of mothballs and nothing like the photos we saw when we booked. I’m also disappointed that for a 6 night stay the room will not be serviced unless we pay extra. Not hopeful the pool will be as advertised but fingers crossed

Great location and spacious rooms. Just a walk away from shopping centres and the lovely Cairns Esplanade. You have some nice restaurants nearby as well. The pool has a nice barbecue space where you can swim and chill at the same time. Great experience!

It was only for a night, I booked a 3 bedroom for my friends coming down from Mareeba for the night. Bluntly, the room was extremely bare bones and the walls were dirty. There was empty art nails on every wall. Not much to look at. Guests all commented how bare bones it was. There wasnt even a door to the toilet of the main bedroom. The tv wasnt connected to the wifi, so we couldnt get any music going. And a 10am checkout, which meant I was in that room checked in at 4pm, out by 9:30, for a fortunately short 18 hours but still at 39 dollars an hour... It was hardly worth it at 700 a night.
