Dear Sightseer, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay at the Pullman Cairns International. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I regret that your room was not prepared in line with your request for a twin with an additional bed, and that this caused significant inconvenience upon your late-night arrival. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I apologise that it disrupted your evening. I also regret the inconsistency you experienced when requesting tonic water, as well as your disappointment with the amenities provided. Please rest assured that we are reviewing these matters with our team to ensure they are addressed and that we better meet our guests’ needs in the future. I am, however, pleased to know you appreciated the hotel’s location, and I hope this allowed you to enjoy your time in Cairns despite the shortcomings you encountered.
