The hotel is within short walking distance to the wharf, esplanade and city centre. It has parking for $20 per night. We stayed in a renovated room for our night in Cairns. It is spacious and comfortable. Although we were on a slightly higher floor, traffic noise from the street is audible. Thank you Taleila for providing us with excellent customer service!

We really enjoyed our stay at PCI - some friends joined us from Melbourne. Breakfast, dinner and drinks very good (we are Accor members). Nice check in and overall friendly staff (Kellie and Manny for example). Hotel is close to the waterfront and there's some nice restaurants close by (though the hotel restaurant is very good). A great stay!

Beautiful rooms bad pool

We stayed in double room and it had been refurbished and was beautiful. Everything was clean, bed and furnishings fabulous great view . Loved the bathroom. One of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. The pool was cold and had rust spots in it was quite disgusting really, spa was warm and acceptable.

Friendly staff, lovely restaurant and large rooms with commanding views in upper floors! Very easy to walk to everything!

Security was non-existant. Our room had been wedged open by staff allowing other residents gain access and take minibar items. Also the swipe acess to gain access to residents floors was disabled for most of our stay, meaning anyone could walk in and gain access to resident floors. Poor communication from staff following the incident. Breakfast was very nice and location is perfect.
