We had a fantastic stay. The with the wrap around Veranda was amazing taking into Account the beach and up the river. The apartments were really good sizes and clean. Excellent and well located venue

We had a great stay. We worked with the team to resolve our Airconditioning issue. The Aircon in room Kept cutting out and the team provided fans and a portable Aircon waiting for further maintenance. We appreciate The time in the car park on our checkout and the personal card In the room when we returned from the wedding.

It was our first time in a "studio room" but we felt that it was considerably poorer than we expected. For a start it states contains a kitchenette but that is simply a toaster and a microwave so no real way to cook. But moreso, even calling it a studio is generous because when it rained, there isnt even a table and chairs in the unit to eat dinner! The bathroom was fine but it was a four night stay and given it is such a small room prone to getting dirty quickly it is then a disappointment that there is no cleaning at all during that period. We requested new towels in reception and receptionist gave us a rather condescending "hmmph, ok" but certainly seemed reluctant to even provide that. There are other issues with the general flow around the building. To get to the bbq area to cook, whilst carrying your own plates and utensils etc you need to open two heavy doors and negotiate steps - really not easy, nor appealing. Similarly after the beach you are asked to enter via the basement which again is a bit pov to be honest. All in all, the room was at best the size of a small motel room and really should be advertised as such (except a motel actually gets cleaned). Finally, the fact that wifi is a member only benefit rather than standard is just below industry standard.

We enjoyed the stay. The front desk staff and services are very good. 702 interior aircon and decoration is very good. The only pity is wifi and no netflex.

The Building is showing its age, but the location makes up for that fault. It is a shame the cleaning crew don't remove the fluff that was present on the wooden blinds in the primary room, top of the fridge has not been wiped down, coming out of the air-conditioning vents. e.g. use duster. The beds are what can expect for a short stay. The hallway outside the lifts, clearly had past water leaks, as you could smell a musty mould smell that occurs under wet carpet. It was almost unbearable. But again, goes with the lack of ventilation in that common area. But not withstanding these minor issues, the place is great for its location, what it offers as to views of the ocean, quiet area, access to local shops, great off street parking, and very friendly staff on reception.
