Our family had an amazing stay at Mantra Nelson Bay. Our checkin process was easy and the service from Mark and Natalie was personal, friendly and professional. The location is perfect and we loved the room and the pool. We’ll definitely be returning here!

No views only a car park and a huge tree

We stayed in room 10 Worst room we have ever stayed in The apartment was nice inside but No view of anything even though we paid almost $600 for a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights our room was behind a big tree full of stink bugs that were all over the furniture outside they were all over the verandah Smoking area was directly under our verandah so smokers 2nd hand smoke came up, pool view was non Existent There was construction across the rd so too noisy to sit outside on verandah as they were using jack hammers parking was a nightmare too far away from our room when u have to carry luggage Free Internet does not work not a good trip Would never stay again Very dissapointing

Bon hôtel , Les chambres sont très spacieuses et toutes équipée cuisines, personnel accueillant et souriant, piscines et bbq à dispo, je recommande cet hotel Je dirais qu'il est bien placée pas loin du grand Woolworth ( Super U ), des bars, restaurants en tout genres, et quelques boutiques. Port Stephens est un havre de paix, cet ville abrite des coins paradisiaque, des plages magnifiques sauvages et pas bondé ! I love port Stephens xxx ! Ps : back pack à la recherche de travail pas de souci dans cet hotel, voir avec Margaux super gentille, équipe sympa, super plan dans cette petite ville si paisible. 👌🏽😍☀️🌴🌺

Un appart avec deux chambres, suffisamment grand, donnant sur l'arrière donc pas le bruit de la piscine, tout confort, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge..... Piscine un peu petite pour la capacité de l'hôtel...personnel accueillant et à l'écoute....petit bémol, si la chambre donne sur l'arrière pas de wifi dans l'appart.....du moins dans la 76 bat.B...
