Mantra South Bank Brisbane

Great location close to Convention Centre, museum, Lyric theatre as well as restuarants and South Bank, worth the extra money if you want to be close to it all. The room was very comfortable room. Paying for valet parking is well worth it

We stayed in the Mantra South Bank, Brisbane, for 5 nights. The Mantra is well located, only a short walk from the river and South Bank attractions. Our studio room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The hotel has a small pool and gym with a good selection of fitness machines. The Mantra's staff on the front desk and in the restaurant/bar were excellent - friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall we were made to feel very welcome, which we really appreciated.

We had requested and early check-in due to flight, which was granted. The air-conditioning however was freezing cold which could not be fixed immediately. But a new room was quickly allocated and we were extremely grateful to the front of desk staff.

Absolutely horrible to think they’d make people pay to stay in rooms of this level of cleanliness it made me uncomfortable staying there windows so dirty couldn’t even see the view of Brisbane dust near the skirts that look like they’ve never been cleaned stains on the walls and curtains

The 2 bedroom apartment was very tired, no decor or attention to detail, actually there was no detail whatsoever. Everything was shades of grey and mismatched for $650 per night i would have expected a great deal more. I would not recommend Mantra South Brisbane to anyone.
