It was very good and the hotel staff were welcoming. I only thing I didn't like is the bus stop location at the Haram, it was far away compared to the others.

Hygiene and Management

First the hotel didn’t provide us with any toiletries on arrivals until 6th day when we complained and that too only for 2/3 rooms. We kept on asking for the 3rd room but never received. Staff Hygiene was poor, they used no gloves and washed our tea cups in bathroom sink everytime we called for room service. The water in the shower was not clean, we complained and it was better only for the next day and same again. There were many times that restaurants were closed at night before the said time which was mid night. We booked three rooms for 7 nights and were not satisfied with the hotel services and will never recommend to anyone to choose this hotel for their sacred journey.
