The staff was very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Having a balcony and open windows was appreciated. (The controls for air conditioning perhaps was not working),. The breakfast was local cuisine... (I've been accustomed to IBIS hotels with fresh ham slices and crusty bread) but the choices were okay.

We picked this hotel after a good stay at ibis Tbilisi, but it was a disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, with hair in the bathtub and lint from a cleaning cloth left on the bedside table. We asked reception to fix it, and nothing was done. The bed was uncomfortable, the towels were worn out, and music from the 4th-floor bar could be heard on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was weak, and the eggs were cold and rubbery. This hotel is well below the ibis standard.

Overall a great stay, though the property is about an hour on the tram from the old town and had linited amenities in the immediate area. Full of tour busses which made it very busy at breakfast time. The rooms are very cutely decorated and they pay homage to the city's rich sporting history and traditions. The bathrooms are a little dated.

Great welcome and got gold card treatment. Room isn’t clean well. Carpet dirty.l but large and spacious. AC leaking wetting our bags, design bathtub making bathroom floor inundated at every shower. The worst experience was a waiter I think call Adem at roof top restau. No welcome/ greeting, harsh service, violently putting glasses & drinks on table. No smile at all, no farewell… this person has nothing to do in the hospitality industry! Our trip in BH was fabulous and we met fanstastic hospitality people within 10 days trip.. Your talent acquisition/ HR dept failed definitive lt this casting. It ruined the rest of the team effort. Pity.
