I am sorry to say that the service was very bad. When I booked via email with a wedding party the person did not understand and later on I realised I had paid the same as my friend but without breakfast and in a smaller room. It was too late to then change the room as we had already stayed for two nights. The room was very small and claustrophobic.

The room and bathroom at Mama Shelter London were spotlessly clean. Everything felt fresh, well cared for, and hygienic, which really matters when traveling. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the overall standard of cleanliness made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the staff. The room was great and clean, and everything looked taken care of; we didn't miss anything.
