Your kind words regarding Kamal at reception, as well as our housekeeping and bar teams, have been shared with them and their managers. Recognition of our colleagues’ professionalism and dedication is greatly appreciated and truly motivating. That said, we are genuinely sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly in terms of Platinum recognition, welcome drink offering, and breakfast service. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused. Your feedback regarding the limited welcome drink options for Platinum members is well noted. We fully understand that loyal members rightfully expect a level of recognition that reflects their commitment to the brand, and we regret that this fell short during your stay. We are especially concerned by your comments about the breakfast service and hygiene standards, notably the condition of the utensils at the buffet. This is not acceptable and does not reflect our service or hygiene standards. Your observations have been escalated to both our Food & Beverage and Hygiene teams for immediate corrective action and reinforced supervision.
