I am truly sorry to learn that the view from your room, our breakfast selection, and the service you received from our reception team left you disappointed. I understand that, as an international business traveler, having a balanced breakfast selection is important. Your comments regarding the limited Western breakfast options have been shared with our Executive Chef and Food & Beverage team for review as we continuously strive to improve our offerings while catering to the diverse preferences of our guests. I also regret that the room view did not meet your expectations despite your preference for a higher floor. While room views vary depending on the hotel's location and surrounding buildings, I understand your disappointment and appreciate your feedback. We are deeply concerned to learn about the cleanliness issue found upon arrival, particularly the unacceptable condition of the toilet seat, as well as the water leakage beneath the sink which persisted throughout your stay. This certainly does not reflect the standards of quality and comfort we strive to provide to our guests. We also regret the inconvenience experienced regarding the housekeeping service, room storage space, and the limitations of the room view despite the upgraded category selected.
