Excellent Service:- Friendly and helpful staff member (miss kusum And mr Sonu ) who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: Cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, and well-maintained facilities . Great Location: convenient and desirable locations. Delicious Food: Delicious food and variety of choices. Beautiful Views: stunning views, I appreciate the scenic surroundings. Canvas hotel is always our first preference whenever we are in dubai, entry of hotel is nice, food is fine, rooms are clean, great housekeeping, clean bathroom, clean floor, clean rooms, overall it was a great experience again, special to mention housekeeping padma, puneet, narendra, we had a good stay, nice smell in rooms, everything was hygiene & clean Thanks every one & cleaning team

Nice beds & bathroom, did the job for a hotel

The beds were comfy and the washroom was very elegant. There were some issues that made me question why this is considered a 5 star hotel. For example: carpet in our room was dirty, carpet in the hallways were filthy, gym equipment was not cleaned properly, elevators were old, smelly, and had no ventilation, and I came back to my room once to find the ceiling was leaking right in front of it. They definitely have things they need to work on before earning their title as a 5-star.

The hotel is at bur Dubai. Nice location with good view.Hotel is very nice and clean breakfast is good rooftop lounge is very happening you can see city view. Rooms are spacious hygienic and very clean, Special thanks to padma deepali Puneet and Rochak for making our stay comfortable.

Would definitely recommend for people who wish to stay between old and new Dubai having easy access to the airport and the amazing beach at Lamer. Nice hotel, housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful especially Depali, Padma Puneet and Rochak. The rooms are very clean and well kept.
