Second stay at this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean hotel. Excellent links to city centre. Good swimming pool. Nice breakfast. Restaurant dinner could be improved. Seabass skin was soggy so only ate once in restaurant. Bed was very hard and not comfortable

The hotel is lovely, staff are amazing and breakfast beautifull. Swimming pool jacuzzi small and not as warm. Rooms are nice but small for a family of 4 and the sofa bed is hard as rocks and narrow for children to sleep on. Based on that they need to invest in thick mattress toppers and thick quilts to put under ( we had 1 sheet ) we arrived at the room for sleep at 11pm so didnt ask.. However for cambridge centre it is a good hotel. 5 minutes in yhe car but parking is crazy so maybe take the bus.

Lovely hotel with small pool and sauna. Breakfast was amazing. Room was good, however the family room the sofa bed was as hard as rocks..and checkin was stressful... Other than that the staff made up for it. The hotel entrance is beautiful.

Rowdy people looking to cause trouble who are not staying at the hotel can access the hotel bar and cause disturbance and trouble , shouting, acting inappropriately in a family environment and staff were frightened to ask them to leave through fear of escalation and violence- not good enough for a family hotel or for your staff- you need to sort out security as you have a well known issue with this and apoint a bouncer on the door who asked for proof of staying at the hotel to enter. Really disappointing family stay that was for a very special trip

We stayed for 1 night after visiting duxford airfield, hotel was very impressive from the outside and was nice on arrival, hotel room itself was very modern with comfy bed and furniture, only downfall was with the tall glass bathroom door which we thought was dangerous! Also there was huge gaps above the bathroom door and huge gap on the bottom so when you was in the bathroom or on the toilet people in same room can hear what your doing! Swimming pool facilities were very good and clean, restaurant was nice and evening food was lovely but was very expensive! Breakfast was very nice also! There is a bus stop outside the front of the hotel that goes into Cambridge itself which is worth visiting!
