Very welcoming and helpful people in all departments. Comfy and well equipped rooms. Good food in the restaurant. A bit of a challenge to sort out a disabled parking space in the station car park.

Our stat was extremely disappointing. Despite being advised to book the executive suite for my family, we were very dissapointed to find that this was essentially a basic room with a sofa. When we arrived, the room did not appear to be serviced and the divider door was mossing. This was a problem because it meant that we could not divide the sleeping and bathroom area for privacy. We reported this to the front desk and had no response, so we unpacked and tried to get on because it was graduation day for me, so we had a busy schedule. We later tried reporting it again and we’re told that the staff didn’t know why the divider door was missing and that we could pack up and move to the same room on another floor. However this was very late at night and the children were tired and it would be difficult to pack up. There was no servicing of the room, no desk, no close able bathroom door, no glasses - only 2 teacups for 4 people. We also had to ask for towels, water etc and the whole thing was generally dossaponting. On top of the situation with the room, we were also treated quite badly in the restaurant - we were completely ignored, waited 45 mins for food, which turned out to be cold, dried up pizza. While we sat there, at least two staff kept attending the tables near us, so it was very upsetting as it felt like we were being deliberately ignored and discriminated against. Overall, this was a very sad and upsetting experience on a trip for a graduation.

We had a great stay, the hotel is really nice, lovely bar area, reception and restaurant. The room was very clean, smart and finished to a high standard.

Stayed for 2 nights DBB with my partner and son(3). The hotel is perfect to get into Cambridge on the train which takes 5 minutes. The rooms are a really good size and very clean as is the pool. The breakfast is great with plenty of choice. The evening menu is reasonable but the children's fish fingers were so salty he couldn't eat them. Staff are lovely
