582johntch Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Not clear where to park. Eventually found car park where you have to pay even though you’re in the middle of a wasteland. Room ok but strange flat sinks Beds good Staff awful especially on reception, no charm no smiles no greetings . Really rude and unwelcoming. Need some new staff here. Felt unwanted

Stayed in a Family room during the weekend. Clean, spacious and welcoming. Staff friendly and informative. Parking whilst not part of the hotel is directly next to hotel and buses directly outside hotel direct to Cambridge (or only £15 in a taxi). Gym and pool nicely kept although small.

Lovely rooms with air conditioning. Friendly staff were pleasant and always helpful. Great selection of food at breakfast and Dinner. The only small problem was the lack of attention with some of the cleaning
