Nice hotel

The hotel was nice overall the pool was nice a couple of problems the changing rooms were freezing cold but it was good the gym was nice and easy to work out lots of machines normally people complain about staying here that saying Novotels are very bad, dirty, and awful experience. But we stayed In superior room it was okay nice and big and you could see the trains which is good. I probably would stay here again. The restaurant was good and I won £100 because I won a competition The prizes are very bad and very babyish so it’s not that good but the pasta wasn’t the best either, but overall it was good and would stay there again.

Excellent location adjacent to Cambridge North Railway Station, with a large carpark. Despite the proximity to the railway station, the hotel is very quiet. Clean, spacious, well furnished room with very comfortable bed. Fridge in the room. Nice bathroom.

Good room needed for after work event. Right next to trainline but no noise issues. Only issue no milk in room I could’ve asked at front desk I guess but still odd there was none in room

The checking receptionist served another couple whilst our friends were waiting in front of her. The location is good for sightseeing in Cambridge and the Stansted Express but the car park is owned by Greater Anglia and signage to the hotel non existent!

Andy is amazing the hotel is great too

Wow!! The staff are absolutely amazing best I have ever come across! Charlotte and Genni ok reception are very friendly and professional. Andy at the bar well he's another level! We have never met a more professional kind friendly person ever. I really hope he goes for in life he is truly amazing and deserves some recognition. He is an asset to the business. The hotel it great also!
