Lim and Apple were of great help getting checked in and out, very speedy service and a fantastic spread for breakfast (full English and continental) I particularly liked the extras in the continental that you don't always see everywhere such as the cured ham, even down to sunflower seeds for your cereal! Hash browns were a little on the soft side but otherwise very good food. Great value for money at £10.50pp all you can eat. Room had all the amenities you'd expect and lacked nothing, clean and stylish. Room service were diligent and attentive. Great location as not far from the station.

Accommodating even at late check in I was able to obtain a quiet (rear facing room) I find the duvet too thin and was very cold the first night. I left the heating on the next night which was warmer but quiet noisy and being a fan heater made the atmosphere rather dry Never the less I’m sure I’ll book to stay again as it’s a fab location for early morning swimming

The room was nice & clean I made requests for extra milk & sugar & some other little bits during my stay & Marianas b the cleaner was absolutely lovely. Breakfast is really good aswell as the desk staff being really helpful.
