Had great customer service from Melissa and Livia at the bar area. I come from time to time for business meeting here and always get greeted and welcomed. Nice atmosphere in general and place is always clean and tidy I would recommend it to anyone really, personal or business

Think I'll be back if I visit Cambridge again soon! First time staying here my friend and I throughly enjoyed our stay. Good staff lovely room. Thank you to all the team we encountered during our 3 days in this hotel . Cambridge is a beautiful place.

I come to the chill caffe regularly at Cambridge . Great coffee and an excellent spot to wind down read a book or do some work . The warm staff who pay extra attention to regulars make this experience very pleasant ! Shout out to Melissa and her friend ( sorry forgot to take her name ) for being so friendly and always make us feel welcome !

im on a holiday and I was starving so me and my family saw this cafe and we decided to enter. the waiters are really nice and even the pizza wasnt bad, coming from an italian! the place is clean and well managed, and I would like to come back anytime cuz i had a great time, byeee

Great good , first class service and food

Staff are friendly and helpful, allowed us to check in early. Clean room with expected facilities (loose hangers are great). Service at the Cafe bar was really good, coffee was great, we ate pizza one night and had brunch another day, both really tasty and well cooked. The Cafe staff were very friendly, particularly the manager, Melissa who recognized us from day one
