Excellent Service At Dinner

The service I received from Arya, at the bar, this evening was excellent. She even recommended a dessert that I enjoyed too. I had something else in mind but I was convinced, by her enthusiasm, to go with her choice. This is my first evening, and I'm looking forward to an enjoyable stay.

Pleasant with a lovely view

Hotel was all in all as expected, booked a panoramic view with king size bed…room was nice enough, only down sides if being critical was the windows are thin and for safety reasons do not open up very far (5th floor), and there was marks/staining on the curtains/netting. Aside from that, the view of the river was lovely and day staff were too. Was told on checking in that the bar would be available 24hour…returned around 11:15pm to be told it’s closed and they called a manager to assist…purchased a couple of bottles of Prosecco and finished the night. Great nights sleep, the comfort level could not be faulted. I would return and stay again, conscious of bar availability

I had a lovely time here. The food was really good and I was greeted by remaliaa at reception which was really nice. Definitely recommend for those who want to come spend a night away and enjoy the walk down the river where there’s many swans and ducks .

I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. A special shoutout to Remalia for her outstanding customer service—she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, making me feel truly welcome and taken care of. Denisa was very helpful and make my check in as easy as possible. Had a great stay. The beds are very comfortable food was nice. Fast room service. Veiw was great. The only issue was the air conditioning I wasn’t able to get it to a perfect temperature. Either to hot or to cold
