On Arrival: i met at reception by remalia. she was helpful and understanding of my long journey to get there. remalia very kindly got me check-in. she directed me to the car park which is nearby. The Room; very clean, and the wide window over looked the river. lovely view. The Menu: me and my colleagues ate there on our arrival night, we agreed the choices were limited and the option we chose amongst us was good. The service: i enjoyed my stay.;room was tidied up daily, tea, coffee and milk were replenished. The local area: there is a lot to see, and explore. Thank you very much.

This is a strange hotel, the corridors look a bit run down and bleak, the room we had was a good size was clean and adequate but needs a little thought in some areas.... bit of a faff to get kettle under the tap and one area of the room is quite dark due to the lighting chosen. The restaurant appeared clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, unfortunately my husband messed up my food order but Prapham couldn't have been more helpful and friendly getting the issue sorted out quickly and efficiently. The food was reasonable.
