Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide your detailed feedback following your recent stay with us. I am truly sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. We always aim to deliver a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, and it is disappointing to hear that we fell short in your case. I do wish that all of your concerns had been raised with us during your time at the hotel, as this would have allowed our team the opportunity to address them immediately. I am confident that we would have done our utmost to meet your expectations and find solutions to any issues you experienced. With regards to your dietary requirements, may I ask if it was mentioned at check-in or prior to arrival that you are Coeliac? We take food allergies and intolerances seriously, and when informed in advance, we can ensure the appropriate alternatives are prepared and clearly communicated to both our kitchen and serving staff. I am sorry if this was not managed to your satisfaction during breakfast, and I will be discussing your comments with our team to review allergen labelling and gluten-free provision. I also note your concerns regarding the car park and the hotel’s access points. The rear entrance from the car park is indeed different from our main front entrance, and it is primarily designed for convenience rather than presentation. Regarding the fire alarm, please understand that such incidents are beyond our control, as guest safety must remain our highest priority. While this alarm was a false one, our procedure is to evacuate all guests until it is confirmed safe to return. I regret if communication from our staff during this time was not as clear as it could have been, and I will address this point with our team to ensure that guests receive timely updates in any future occurrence. I appreciate your feedback on each aspect of your stay — from tea selection to breakfast service — and these comments will be shared with the relevant departments for review. While it is unfortunate that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion, I do hope you might reconsider and allow us another opportunity in the future to provide the level of service and hospitality that we strive to deliver.
