The appartment is clean, quiet, has everything to prepare a nice dinner. The gym is clean and well equipped. The location is great, with nice restaurants and grocery stores around.

"Not clean enough"

My room was not cleaned during my entire stay (9 nights), though I was promised that it would be at least once. I had to look for toilet paper myself. Every night I came back, there were lots of small flies around the kitchen area. I think they were coming from somewhere that was not properly air tight. The bathroom, lots of humidity odor. The second after my arrival, they changed the WiFi password. You could have told me as I checked in! "this is the Wifi password, but be mindful that tomorrow it will to change to X". It wouldn't have required lots of effort...

My stay in the hotel was a good experience, the staff were very helpful. One lady in particular who has 5 children us married and runs her own business. Sadly I dud not get her name but she was a lovely ever so polite lady. No matter what issue you brought to her she would always try and find a solution for you. She has been working at the hotel for three years. Like everyone at the hotel and all around Feance they work very hard and long hours like myself and I have the utmost of respect for people like this. When I had an issue with my cooker hob and the microwave the lady explained to me how to use it. At that time I was able to work the hob ,but the microwave still wouldn't work . And on this particular day I had an issue with my safe I could no longer access it and because both myself and the lady at the time she waited until ht would open so I asked to take a seat then when the time past she was able to open the safe so that I could get my valuables out of the safe. The kind lady asked when I would be back so I said not till this evening. She said to me that she would try to get the microwave fixed for me otherwise she would move me to another room. When I got home later in the evening I was so happy the lady had got someone to fixed the microwave so I was anke to cook that nugget. It made a big difference to have a cooked meal that night. The only downside to staying at the hotel was that I had booked my stay fir 13 nights. But after 7 days I was getting concerned as no ibe had come to change the bedding in clehad nothjng to do i relaxed in bed and got ipnlate. Then when i was going to ask if they will be changing the beddingcthe guy knocked on my door to vhange the bedding and gave me one ckean towel. That was after sttaying 6 days. I never had anyone ele round to clean mycroom or changed my bedding. As i felt embarrassed to asked them if my room abd bedding would get changed i left it as i didnt complsin abiut it or make a fuss as i know they had over 900 rooms to cater for.so I never wanted to make a fuss over the room or clean linen ir for the room to be cleaned room or had given me new towels.. So I left it and didn't complain. But I dud gave a lovely stay at the hotel the area around the hotel conducted of a few places to eat and there was another hotel being built across the street but it seemed as if the building had come to a stop for whatever the reason . And it was handy as there were supermarkets 5 or 10 mi uses away and it was ideally situated for the transport.

Overall my stay was great. The location was fantastic as I could walk to the office and there were restaurants/shops close by as well (I was able to walk to a bakery before my flight). :) My one recommendation would be to have a card system for the laundry as I couldn't use it due to international credit card authorization. If you can allow your guests to pay you and give them a code or card to access that would be helpful.
