Good Hotel surprisingly empty

The hotel is beautiful in line with the Styles brand. It is also very new and everything is shiny and new. The rooms are well kitted out with plenty of power sockets and usb power ports 1.0A, 2.0A, and 2.4A . The shower was good and large. I had a few problems with the key card, it worked on the front door and lift but not the room. The receptionist recoded the cards and the same again, so she cut two new cards and came to the room. She failed to open the door with the original card but the two new cards worked. The website for the hotel states parking available but doesn't state it costs £12 per day. Breakfast was brilliant again website incorrect it states full continental breakfast but there was also full English (bacon, sausage, beans, hash browns, etc. so pleasant surprise). Overall a great stay and hopefully the teething problems with the key card will be resolved soon. Will definitely stay again.

we had a good stay the hotel was clean and smart decor. the staff were amazingly helpful.Nice breakfast the only thing that spoil it was the load metallic banging noise from the roof. we did move rooms, the staff heard it it as well. a shame it did not help the score above

Hotel is new so expected it to be in ship shape. Wasn't disappointed, the place was clean and tidy throughout and staff were very attentive. Considering it's situated on a very busy road and an even busier flight path, once you're inside the hotel there is absolutely no noise and we all enjoyed a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep.

Exceeded all my expectations

I was expecting a basic room, but what I got was an excellent room and bathroom. The hotel still smells new, the bathroom is luxurious and the bed is really comfortable. The little desk and modern lights are a bonus. Only downside - breakfast seemed a little chaotic and I couldn’t find any butter or margarine. It it was included in the cost - so I’m not really complaining!

Great Location for Heathrow

We needed to collect our son from Heathrow at 5am. We booked in for the night previous and had a really good stay. Really handy for the airport but you are off the Heathrow complex. There are shops and pubs nearby but the hotel itself is really new and well appointed.
