Nice , clean hotel, lovely comfortable rooms and relaxing beds, reasonable gym, ideal for LHR. Restaurant is ok with a reasonable menu. Breakfast could be better, but is value for money. The staff are generally polite, bar service and restaurant - some room for improvement.

Lovely rooms and good value. Have stayed a few times and as a Gold member was not offered the drinks voucher. Everything a little bit sloppy at night in reception however morning staff much more efficient

Considering I had checked in online I expected to arrive at the hotel and have my room key etc ready waiting for me but no. I arrived after 8pm and was keen to get to my room but had to wait a fair while. Couldn't charge room service to my room like I asked and didn't receive my welcome drink with my Accor status.

There are 2 places where you can get buses at LHR T2 & until you realise that you do not know that you are at the wrong one. I phoned hotel staff to get help but this was not made clear. I expect it is a common mistake & this info transfer could be made more clear in the hotel website.

Check-in was a disaster. Initially the receptionist gave me a family room instead of suite; then 2nd room change request I received another family room, not a suite. Is this a joke that she’s not familiar with the booking or simply can’t read? After talking to the manager, they finally corrected room type to a suite as booked. What a hospitality!!

From the moment we arrived by taxi the staff at reception were most helpful in getting us into our room quickly, organising a wake up call and taxi for a very early start the following morning. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep.

Although I’ve stayed here a fair few times before and is my favourite hotel in the Heathrow area, I was a little disappointed to not have been told about the event taking place in the hotel. I was in room 153 and the bass was booming up until 02:00. I understand that private functions are held in the hotel and this can’t be helped but a bit of acknowledgement would have been nice (a little note in the room or something). I didn’t complain (as there’s nothing that can be done anyway) as everything else was satisfactory. The only other minor gripe is that you have to call in the morning to request a late checkout, despite asking for it the evening before. I’m routinely told that I have to pay £10 at which I have to ask if this applies to Accor Gold members. I hate doing this as it sounds pretentious and it would be nice if the information was at hand so that I don’t have to point this out without sounding so arrogant. Also, another minor observation but it seems that you’re pairing down what’s in the room from what was once sparkling and still water to just still water and now only one small bottle of still. Also, there were only 2 Nespresso capsules. Of course, housekeeping cheerfully provided me with more than enough but this seems to indicate that costs are being scaled back; one pays more for an Executive Room for these little extras. Please don’t lose sight of these small details as I love your hotel and don’t want it go down the road of your M4 J4 hotel. The bathroom (in my opinion) is fabulous as the shower pressure and spa bath are unrivalled in quality and feel. Finally, the rooms are always spotlessly clean and fresh and the housekeeping team and front desk staff are always super friendly and warm and that’s why, despite the very minor criticisms that I’ve made, I’ll always come back.
