I wish that I could review my stay at the Novotel London Heathrow Airport T1 T2 and T3 Hotel, but they cancelled my reservation. The email by which they did so made no mention of alternative arrangements or refunds. I called Accor Live Limitless who could do nothing to help a platinum member and told me to call the hotel. What is ALL for if not to provide assistance to loyal Accor customers?

The weirdest experience so far in an Accor Hotel. Not sure, if anybody has a clue on what they are doing running this hotel. Staff has no idea, nobody is answering phones, waited for a week for an email reply regarding a meeting room. Until today, I'm waiting for my invoice. It is indeed very mediocre. And stay away from the croissants during breakfast...produced 02/2020...and they are offering them without hesitation. When asking them about it...they said, "It's fine!".....??????

Well located with very friendly staff, plus I love the modern clean rooms and decor. I've stayed here a few times and especially love that most rooms are different, not the standard hotel format.

Convenient location to airport for a quick overnight stay.

As soon as I walked into the hotel I noticed people wandering in and out of the hotel with no masks and no social distancing and nothing was said by the staff, i saw six people getting into the lifts and not one person was wearing a mask or using hand sanitiser I had to stop two guests getting in the lift with me and I pointed out the sign only guests from the same room allowed in lifts, I was very disappointed with the way things were allowed to carry on in these times it was as though the pandemic doesn't apply in this hotel
