We were attending a local function and had to spend nearly 30 minutes to get a parking space which made us late. Parking spaces are to small plus we were charged £16 for the overnight parking. Ordered room service and had to wait over 40 minutes (for a simple pizza) and was then told we had to collect it ourselves or be charged £5 for delivery to the room.

Very good; I have been staying at this hotel on a fairly regular basis for most of 2019, and the overall standard is being maintained; small improvements in key areas are making a big difference.

The check in was smooth and the room looked very spacious and comfortable. I fortunately we found it very hot in the room so didn’t sleep well and we couldn’t work out how to make it cooler. I also had a faulty hair dryer and asked for a replacement which was dangerously hot. So I had to go to sleep with wet hair - didn’t help my sleep!

Brand new hotel close to T3 Heathrow. Extremely comfortable, well designed rooms may not be extra spacious but have all you need for a nights stay. restaurant bright and ultra modern with a good choice of food at reasonable rates. Well stocked bar with an excellent pint of London Pride. Service throughout is excellent. Only gripe is that parking a car will cost you £16 per night.

The front desk staff were fantastic and welcoming when we arrived. The room was very comfortable. I loved how modern it was and we were able to get a good nights sleep to deal with jet lag.

As we arrived at the wrong Novotel not far away, my tip would be to check the address carefully when you travel. The local roads are very difficult to navigate if you make a wrong turn. This could include a trip back down the M4 and return from the first junction.

No tele in the room . Finally had to call from the room, nobody answered in the reception, then called the room service people, they in turn said, they would ask the reception to call us. The answer was no tv service in the whole area, The receptionist even said, she s lives not far from there, and there is no tele service even in her house. Later on I found out that is not true, as the next hotel, which was five minutes away had tele service. Spoke to the manager, who wasn't very helpful. In front of the manager receptionist, arguing that she informed us when we checked in that no TV service available? My only question was , then why would we have to ring from our room, if that was the case, to which her answer was ''you were not paying attention when I said that '', and ask your colleague, she will tell you!!

Large ball of hair in the sink, Sheets were new and clean but long dark hairs on the bed edge and on the nightstand. Needs a good dust around the headboard and night stand
