All good. Friendly staff made check-in and check-out easy. Room was comfortable although we could hear the lift. Good shower but no extractor fan which made the floor slippery. No English language TV channels

Overall fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was not quite as nice as I expected. Paintwork and windows a bit scruffy, bed very hard and pillows were solid and lumpy. Nut still nothing major. The bathroom was nice and it was great to be so warm overnight. Breakfast was fine.

Very friendly staff, clean room, well equipped except could do we extra plug sockets. WiFi good. Good location on the edge of the town. Plenty of good food nearby. Good value for money.

Stayed beginning of October, checked into room and it was like an oven. Obviously the ducted air conditioning had been turned off. Had to open the windows and shutter for the duration of the night, but this place is on a noisy road so not much sleep was had. To top off our incredibly bad night sleep, the bed was way too firm and the one pillow supplied per person was lumpy. The shower was an experience not to be missed, not thermostatic- so depending on when water was being used in other rooms you were either scalded or you froze! On the positive side the decor was ok, the room was clean and the breakfast was good! Oh, and the tv on the wall- that didn’t work either. Would not recommend this for a stay, no matter what your budget is- it’s not a convenient location for anything.

Unfortunately, this period is particular, because some people need blankets because is starting the cold and some people feel hot. About the pillow, we have the reception 24h open and we remind this at the check-in, you could have asked us for a pillow at any time pressing 9 by telephone. We are sorry for TV, but the same, we are here to help the guests to have the best stay and we are always able to solve every problem (in this case were dead batteries in the TV remote control). The hotel is far from down town. It is pretty easy to find a park place. Rooms are ok and clean. The staff is extremely friendly
