The pool at ocean wing looks so green and not clear // Sal bar's bartender looks like he's having a hard time working at the bar. / The bed is so nice to sleep in.

We got a warm greetings from All Staff especially Bell Man and Khun Gam at Reception. She is a very nice and friendly person. We are spending for 1 night but all staff are look beyond for everything. We also went to ocean wing and Khun Kathi is very warm welcome us with smile and nicely. Breakfast also excellent. Delicious food and well served. During checkout, we also have a great farewell from Khun Oil at the reception. She is a very nice and kind person. Thank all staff to make a memorable vacation to all of us.

Facilities like pool area, pool bar, gym, kids club were great. Pool is very big and was well populated but always felt empty. Staff were excellent and very helpful. My only negatives were the room I had did not have a balcony and nowhere to hang wet clothes from water activities. Bathroom also had no place to hang clothes. Bathroom was extremely small and annoying the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom beside the bed. Other than that rooms were great. Very clean and quiet. Staff were as good as I have seen in hotels. We will be back. Oh and plenty of restaurants outside to choose from in walking distance

"I stayed for two nights during a busy period, booking two rooms as a Platinum Elite member. Although a room upgrade wasn't available, the staff kindly compensated by providing complimentary breakfast for the second room. ​Overall, the service was excellent; the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had dinner at the hotel both nights at Ecume and Koh17—the food was delicious and the service was lovely. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the hotel features a long beach perfect for a morning stroll. ​Regarding the room, it is quite spacious. The pool is a bit small, more suitable for a quick dip rather than swimming, especially since there were many children during our stay."
