No elevators, cracked/missing tiles. Balcony window/ shutters don't close properly, mosquitoes in room. Shower door doesn't close properly. Bfst had lukewarm everything including coffee. You are a distance from the train station and there is nothing to see/do around the hotel. Spend a little more and go elsewhere

Before I get to far into this we enjoyed this hotel not a bad spot it actually should be a 5 star hotel if someone put some love into it. Staff-Fabulous View-Stunning Location-Easy Access-Easy Vibe-Nice Clean-Yes Service-Good service Great vibe watching everyone on the beach playing sports and music playing Arrival entrance-Tired-Plants growing on the room-White awning black & dirty Front desk reception-FABULOUS welcoming to the resort Next door is a fabulous marina to help with the venue as the boats come in and out as you enjoy your patio Why in the world someone has not updated this hotel obviously I will never know but hopefully someone reads this and updates the place. Food-Its ok just not a lot of love put into the food but the venue is great watching sunset WOW Furniture to dine-Its OK you just dont want to hang for a long amount of time-Tables all wobble Furniture thru out the resort-Tired Entrance via car-Tired Landscape-Tired Exterior spots for relaxing-Tired and a mess Trash area-They dont use proper trash facilities they stack the trash on the side walk with rat traps all around the area Food delivery truck-As we waited for our taxi the delivery truck for the food for the resort was emptied and then the trash loaded into the same van. We felt that the hygiene was not there. A food delivery truck should not be the trash truck. This resort needs that one person to come in and give it some love. With out spending 1 cent on construction the resort could have the exterior cleaned up and this would make this resort a 3.5 with out even trying hard. Bring in a new chef that is all about some flare and hygiene and this resort could be a 3.75 quickly.

They say it is a first class accommodation, that is a joke…from stained mattresses with no mattress protectors, sewerage smelly room, room full of mould and the aircon not working. We asked to change rooms, we were advised they had 3 empty rooms but they had not been cleaned and they would not get the cleaners in. The young lady tried talking to the manager but he yelled at her and out the door he went, jumped into his BMW and he was gone!! Pool, they don’t have a pool, it belongs to the hotel next door and you have to pay to use it. We went to the restaurant for dinner and were served up stale bread, when we told the waiter the bread was taken away and brought back heated up…we then got up and left the restaurant and walked into town. Needless to say not much sleep was had that night!! When people who have been going there for 21 years say they are no longer going back as it has gone downhill over the last couple of years. We had a pickup from the hotel the next morning and even the driver advised everyone complains about the hotel.

The staff was exceptionally helpful in recommendations and facilitating transportation. They are also trustworthy; as my daughter left her headphones, valued at over $300 and when we returned to inquire about them 8 days later, upon returning from our cruise, they had them tagged with our room number. The rooms are a little dated, but exceptionally clean.

How disappointing. The room has mould on ceilings and walls, bathroom mouldy ceilng and tiles. The bed has a piece if timber under it to provide support. No mattress protector and mattress is heavilly stained. Went yo the restaurant for dinner. Provided stale bread, advised wzit staff who took it away and microwaved the bread. We decided not to eat dinner there. We did ask for a replacement room however advised none available. We later discovered there were 3 available however cleaners have gone home. Spiders and silverfish in the room. Bumped into acoupke who have been coming here for 21 years They advised sadly its been going down hill for a number of years. We were with another couple, their air conditioning wasnt working (plus 30 degrees c) and were goven a fan. Will never set foot in this place again. Our stay included breakfast, will be skipping that also.
