宾馆里面的超市关的太早了，开的也太晚了，晚上一回来超市就关了，早晨出发的时候还没开，太不方便了！！！前台服务态度也不太好

Located at the north-west corner of Jiangnan University campas, a little too far from town for other than University business. Stayed for 3 nights with partner as guests of the Uni. Room on 3rd floor was very spacious - king-sized bed (v hard mattress as is the Chinese custom), 2 x2 person lounge seats, bath and separate shower. Included a couple of green-tea bags and kettle, 2 water bottles - nothing else supplied. Hair dryer in room, but iron needs to be requested. Good air-con, quiet hotel. Internet OK, business centre in lobby. Across the road is the restaurant and breakfast area. All Chinese food … b'fast nothing special - usual dumplings, rice, vegies etc. Had to ask for coffee and a small cup of very milky sugary stuff was delivered (3 in 1 as it's called) … resaurant food was reasonable - all Chinese language menu but included a few pics which helped. Not much English spoken anywhere. The hotel is quite close to a Uni entrance, so can probably catch a cab out to town easiiy. Overall - good for Uni buisiness - byo coffee!

Stayed at this hotel while on a business trip to Wuxi--good accommodations including great air conditioning, good assortment of amenities in bathroom, great shower/water pressure; staff won't be able to speak a good deal of English so it will be helpful to have a Chinese phrasebook with hotel words/common phrases. Yes, mattresses are extra firm (like everywhere in China) but extra pillows can help with making bed more comfortable. Breakfast buffet is plentiful but will not change during your stay (noodles, rice, soup, boiled eggs, pork buns, congee, melon, cabbage, spring rolls, juice, milk) so be prepared or take your own cereal/granola bars/oatmeal if you crave something more American/Western. In-room internet is free.

规格比较高，比普通的快捷酒店档次要高一些。室内空间比较大，里面硬件设备都挺好的，环境也很优雅，它是大学办的一个对外酒店，绿化也都做得比较好，没有那种车水马龙的喧闹，去太湖玩呀还是比较好的。位置离着市中心有些远，交通都还好吧，公交车都有的，就是时间要长一点。服务态度还可以，打电话预定的时候都很有耐心的。大厅层高很高，就感觉蛮宽敞的。
