Business Trip. Hotel is quiet and in new developed area. The main reason why I didn't give a high score is i think the team service need to be improved. I didn't feel that I am welcomed from entry the front door - eg. the entry green code checking just like a police man talk with a suspected person. Even hotel tried to hire oversea employees to increase the international feeling but they are kids i don't think they have really hotel management/service experience. Check in speed is ok but i didn't see anybody smile to show the welcome and just like a robot handling the processes. Here is not to claim but to compare the feeling with Pullman i stayed before or other international hotels service. Anyway The survey is a great process.
