I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, and the services provided are top-notch. The staff is very attentive, and Michael, in particular, was exceptionally polite and helpful. He even went out of his way to assist me with mailing a postcard, which was beyond his duties. The level of service of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service

I reallly like the location of the hotel when I need to be in Wuxi for business but my overall experience this time was completely taken over by a not working Wifi. I really do not want to go downstairs every 3 days with my devices so the desk personnel can give in a Wifi code after they give in their phone number(international number is not working) I will not come back to this hotel when I need to be in Wuxi, for me connectivity is one of the most important things when being abroad
