Great hotel, super central location. Breakfast buffet is to die for. Not only do you have endless savoury and sweet options, including Brazilian traditional dishes and sauces, but there will also be the incredible Alice ready to prepare a fully personalised omelette. She was amazing!

The location is great for the beach and local restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good and tasty selection (Alice at the tapioca station made the food with a smile and efficiency). The room was a bit dirty in the corners on arrival, but that was rectified the second day. There was one chair at the dining table in a double room, which does not make sense. You pay for the coffee that is provided with the machine in the room. There was a lot of noise from the fridge and what we believe to be the building cooling system (we didn't have the air-conditioning on in the room, so that wasn't it) all day and all night. The lights were difficult to manage. If, for example, we wanted to switch in the lights in the bathroom at night, it also switched on in the bedroom - it might not sound too bad, but try that for 4 nights and you either end up with a lot of bumps or an unhappy spouse...

Experience was great. The only hiccup we had during our stay is that the hotels internet is pretty slow. I had to work during my stay and it was literally impossible to connect to any meeting via the hotel WiFi.
