Excellent experience, staff were very friendly and helped us arrange several trips, even ones that they don't usually do. The only downside was the WiFi wasn't great.

Poor experience in the arrival. Nobody asked me for my credit card to cover emergency expenses. I've ordered the room service and had to pay when delivered my order. Room missing TV remote control, poor quality toilet seat. It is simple stuff that demonstrate poor care. Yet, breakfast was a nightmare! Absolutely impossible to have a reasonable breakfast. Almost no waiters for a hundred people! No tables and a lack of organization to seat who was waiting. It was almost a fight to grab a seat. It was one of the worst experiences in an Accor hotel in my entire life. No chance to get back. I'm a Diamond member who are experiencing a degradation in the quality of services in all ranges of hotels.

The Check in was smooth. Got upgraded to the luxe room. Thankful for the courtesy by the Grand Mercure Reception. Good, clean rooms. Friendly receptionists. Location was great, right across the beach with lot of eating options nearby. Breakfast was basic but fresh.
