Double Charged!

Even though I have paid for my stay during booking on 24th November, Reception charged me again on arrival. I have explained the mistake but the receptionist first did not believe me and said there is no credit card in my reservation and if I have put a card there it was only for ``security``. After I have showed further proof (the email saying I do not have to pay anything on arrival, 2 payments on 2 different cards) she said she will recharge/refund my credit card. It has been 4 days and I still did not get my money back. Room and comfort was very nice but it is extremely overpriced due to duplicate charge.

Staying over 1 night only, enjoyed the sauna, despite being located in the other building. Dinner was ok, breakfast as well. Rooms could use a renovation or an update. Fair price, though.

The pillow was a catastrophe (in general the beds are not good), the toilet smelled like old urin, and the whole room had an unpleasant smell. And the reception reacted very unprofessionally when i mentiond the pillows.

Hotel located at a major road with own car parking but public transport also nearby. Interior a little dated but all clean and comfortable. Room was very large with desk, side table, comfortable chairs as well as a kKing size bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning they had moved me to a different room that is cooler than the top level. Nice move and much appreciated.
