Found ladies knickers on bench in my room,not impressed

Dear Dave, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Pullman Adelaide. Whilst I am glad you enjoyed your stay, I am sorry that the bag with the ladies underwear was left in the room. This was forgotten to be collected by the housekeeping supervisor when checking the room. The stay was fantastic, Rohan was fantastic but I attempted to call multiple times regarding not receiving my points. First, I had to call over and over until I annoyed someone enough to answer only to be fobbed off. I still have not received my points. Very disappointing 😞

Not a very welcoming hotel overall, as staff dis not acknowledge me ever when entering or exiting hotel. Staff pleasant enough at breakfast/restaurant bit housekeeping needs attention, after 1st day clean, bathroom was far from being cleaned or cleared, and day 3 the towels smelt like wet dog, awful.

We were part of a large delegation staying four nights. We were given I believe the worst room in the hotel. Cramped, dark, dinghy room with a few of the car park a. rubbish bins a. no help to make it better for us other than a $60 fee to upgrade.

The room booked you were accommodated in the room in which your group organizer contracted a. paid for. We allocate accordingly. The front office team were correct in offering an upgrade fee if you wanted to be accommodated in a higher category of room. I am sorry to read that you felt the reception team were cold a. this is something that concerns me a. I will be addressing directly. Check out time in the hotel 11am. We call each room to follow up if it is vacant or not, as guests will often leave without approaching the desk. Just like at home, we do have maintenance issues also. We work quickly to rectify any issues that arise to avoid our guest's dissatisfaction. We are sorry you this impacted your time with us in not being able to have a bath. Request a room overlooking the square

Unfortunately I was allocated to a room overlooking the carpark during a work visit. While I'm not in the room during the day as this was a business trip, what I did NOT expect was the 9 level multi-storey car park being cleaned by a dust/leaf blower for hours. This was going from 9:00 pm when I hit the room and was still going after midnight, with the sound travelling through the windows. The constant hum could be heard over the TV. Make sure you ask for a room overlooking the square where it's quiet.

We understand that a pleasant view, and limited noise, can enhance the overall experience. We do have higher room categories to book for a future visit to enhance your stay.
