Overall service was great, concierge is always helpful. Was disappointed I was charged for my last day Breakfast when its complimentary being a Platinum member. I had sent an email which didn't receive a reply. I had to close off my expenses so I didn't follow up.

Had to change booking due to Cyclone Alfred and staff were very accommodating, flexible and caring. So appreciated. Comfortable hotel with nice onsite bar and restaurant in very good city location.
