The hotel feels as a safe space in a key tourism hotspot, car park in front of hotel to reasonable situation and price, rooms cleaned with care, love the dong Rythem of the night every morning at 9.00, breakfast okish and was also ready to move on after 4 times, friendly staff unfortunately came to moment that double was charged for souvenir tshirts as written in ticket inside -felt odd how it was dealt with.

My fourth time staying here and after staying at many other places in Copa I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are all so warm and friendly and help you with anything you need, shout out to Luis who is always so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the restaurant where breakfast is served means you can enjoy the hotels A+ location right in the middle of Copa every morning with your eggs and coffee.

The location cannot be beaten. Very close to several restaurants and shops. Right in front of Copacabana Beach with access to a special area of it, and right next to taxi stand. The room although small was excellent and super clean. The staff was always helpful and polite, and did provide tons of assistance, particularly one of the front guys, Luiz.
