Room was very nice cleaning team were great. Pool villa but pool was ice cold could not use it but nice to look at. Beach was very good and staff were fantastic plenty to do at the beach. Breakfast always very good and staff were great. 2 restaurants Beach restaurant and Thai restaurant but could not get a table at Thai restaurant so just Beach restaurant food very good but same restaurant for lunch and dinner got repetitive so we went out more often which was nice. Our villa was on main cart path and road so very busy. We were right under flight path planes came over after quite low. Deposit taken on arrival and then charged when leaving and the forgot to use deposit so we have to wait 14 days for refund bit annoying. All in all a bit overrated for the price you pay. Key thing was the staff and F&B manager he never seemed to leave he was there at breakfast and there at dinner very nice professional team

All in all best place to be

I recently stayed at Banyan Tree Samui, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Our Villa Host, Abby, was absolutely exceptional. She is a gorgeous associate whose hospitality went far beyond our expectations. Abby took care of every detail with warmth and professionalism, making our stay truly special. We stayed in Villa F07, which offered the most amazing view — peaceful, private, and surrounded by beautiful nature. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Samui. The resort itself is breathtaking, with lush greenery and a serene atmosphere throughout. We definitely plan to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and nature-filled getaway in Samui.

I would like to give a special mention to Abby, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. She was very kind, professional, and always made sure we were comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to K. Ocha, K. Amy, K. Diamond, K. Melon, and K. Luna for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—attentive, professional, friendly, and consistently checking in without being intrusive. Their teamwork and genuine care made the experience memorable. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was exquisite, and the level of service elevated the entire evening.
